Nobody wants an emergency car repair on vacation, but when we had to deal with one I'm glad I called Master Tech. They worked my car in with no notice, and within 3 days they had had replaced my radiator. They went out of their way to order from a national parts company so I could easily take advantage of the any warranty if necessary. What's more, they asked me to come by on my last day of vacation so they could make sure I get home safely. They were thorough, fair, and quick. Also very kind.

Took my 2021 Jeep Gladiator here and they upgraded my gears in my differentials. Had called 4 or 5 other places with no luck. They were either outrageous in price or said they wouldn't do it. Master tech took it in and had it back to me way before I expected it. Would recommend them to anyone who ask where I went.

This auto body shop offered great service in a desperate time in need. After an unfortunate car accident out of state, Andrew helped us tremendously. He test drove and conducted a safety check in an efficient, timely manner (even squeezing us in right at opening). The rest of the staff was just as kind and understanding of our situation , especially with the upcoming 10hr drive. As two young women, with little to no car knowledge, we felt comfortable with their recommendation and appreciated their work.

When my 1985 Chevy g20 van broke down earlier today while I was 4 hours from home, master tech was the only local shop that could guarantee they would even be able to look at it the same day.

In one hour John diagnosed the issue (battery) and also took the time to adjust the timing and high idling issue he observed while changing the battery. He prioritized my vehicle after hearing of my situation despite the parking lot being full of vehicles needing work. My van runs way better than it before I had issues with the battery!

To thank master tech for their quick and quality service I tried to offer them some extra cash for being so amazing and they wouldn’t even take it.

If I lived the area I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else!

True Blue, southern mechanics shop... Call anytime you will be impressed with their work and they fix problems without making more problems so you have to go back... reasonable price

I'm from Winchester Va , staying in Pine Knoll Shores for vacation when having car problems. Called Master Tech, said to come in. Excellent people to work with. Listened to issues, started diagnostics immediately, kept me apprised , made repairs and I drove it away that same day ! Prices had no surprises and were reasonable ! Will be my go to place anytime I'm in this area and would recommend highly ! Absolutely wonderful people work there !

We came to Atlantic Beach for vacation and our ABS went out half way here. We also had a squeak in the front right wheel well. Not knowing where to go as this is our first visit, I started reading reviews. We called as soon as they opened today and the owner told us to bring it in. My husband took it in and I stayed back with our dog. My husband took it over and waited as they looked it over. They replaced both the wheel bearings and a wheel speed sensor and was just over $400. My husband hit Foodlion on his way home and was only gone for 2 hours! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Very knowledgeable. Had AC needing new parts incl compressor on my 2011 Yukon xl and they did all tests and got me in for repairs in a very timely manner. Very decent prices and excellent service. Great people to work with and very very honest. Recommended to me and now I will be recommending them to others !

Quick, reliable, and friendly. Everyone there knows what they are doing, and are clearly intelligent people. Our old Dodge van had a bad starter relay and they took care of it with no trouble at all. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs some help with auto problems.

On vacation, transmission cooling line broke off radiator, had it towed and dropped off after hours, next day let them know we were from out of state on vacation.. WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO REPAIR THAT DAY.. SAVED OUR VACATION.. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WORK.. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Love em so far my one issue is they should ask before they do extra work but I needed it done anyway so no biggie.
