Farmers Insurance - Mark Arnold

I spoke with Tim and got a quote. Unfortunately, I found a much lower quoate elsewhere. I did find that Tim was very nice and professional. He was also very personable. He answered all of my questions. If it wasnt for the fact that I am on a tight budget, I would definitely consider working with this company specifically!

I have been with Farmers since 26 years. My first agent at this office was Chris Sprinkle and he was phenomenal! I have never had a problem with my with my home owner's insurance til now. Mid-Century was sent 2 checks in one envelope. The 2 checks added up to be the total amount for the year. Mid-Century either lost the second check or threw it out. I have spent numerous days and hours on the phone with them and have gotten nowhere. We had to stop payment on the check that they lost or threw out. We were charged $30.00 to stop payment on the check that they carelessly lost. I have asked on a few occaasions to speak to Mark Arnold and he has never cared to take the time out to return my calls, I even went as far to ask the girls in the office to have Mark call me and not one of them. Still have not heard from Mark. So unless you like getting aggravated and have hours to spare by talking to Mid-Century and have an irresponsible agent who apparently does not care that a responsible long time client is getting the run around.....I suggest you NEVER have Mark Arnold as your agent! If I were Farmers Insurance Company I would be embarrassed by his lack of concern or representation of this company. This agent does not care about clients at all. Let alone long term ones that have been wronged! If this was a reputable company Mark Arnold would be fired!
