Very impressed with this office! The staff is friendly and efficient and Sheri was so kind, patient, and playful with my nervous 4-year-old. She put him at ease while cleaning his teeth and helped make his visit a success! I highly recommend!

EDIT: Wanted to add to this review 1 year later because this office continues to do great work! My son and I go here and all experiences have been so positive. Now that I've had cleanings, 2 crowns, and a filling here, I feel confident that we've found the right practice. I've specifically been taken care of by Dr. Robertson, Sheri, and Michelle, but the whole staff is so kind and Karen makes you feel welcome and at home as soon as you walk in the door. They will take great care of you and your teeth!

Oh my gosh where do I start I'm in tears because I'm so grateful I've been to this clinic well my husband took my son today. I called he came home from school he was having a toothache and so as like oh my gosh we're not gonna be able to get him into nowhere I called them and they literally didn't hesitate tell me to bring him in and they would take care of them and they did uh it's just amazing this is a great-great dentist and I will not go to another dentist now ever again I'm even going to switch my dentist if i can over here to them. That was just something that they didn't have to do but they did you know it's just things like that that make a great professional business run and I'm definitely I'm going to be a client for a long long time.

Everyone was very nice and they were able to accommodate me on short notice. I got a very thorough cleaning and check up. Also the waiting area was very nice and the exam room was immaculate.

Great Dentistry and very friendly staff. They do a great job on all your dental needs. I would recommend to anyone.

My first visit with Dr. Robertson was amazing. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Anna the hygienist was absolutely fantastic. She went beyond the call of duty making sure my teeth were properly cleaned. She also went into her lunch hour to make sure I was taken care of . Dr. Roberson was super friendly and knowledgeable. He gave great suggestions and extremely professional.

I’ve got to say that I honestly think a lot of Dr. Robertson. I’m at ease while sitting in his dental chair to have my necessary needs addressed. I know that he’ll ALWAYS do his best and will give me care in my best interest. I also truly know that he cares a great deal about his patients. His staff is extremely professional and they’re customer service skills are top of the line. My intentions are to continue to have all my dental needs with Dr.Robertson as well as his staff. Also let me say that his receptionist (Karen) is always polite and will treat you with care. You’ll be in great hands with Dr. Robertson and his staff members!!

This was my first visit. Sheri was great at cleaning, Karen at the front desk was welcoming and so helpful with my questions. My spankin' brand new zirconia crown that I had done in Istanbul, Turkey less than 2 months ago fell off yesterday. I called Dr. Robertson's office around 1 pm today and they got me in at 3:30 pm. Same day service! The office staff was super friendly, and Dr. Robertson was a great guy! Identified the problem, properly prepped the crown and had it glued back on in a jiffy! All for $105 - a superbly fair deal. Same thing happened with a different crown last summer up in Haines, Alaska and it cost me $300. Next time that happens I'm flying down to Morehead City to have another visit with Dr David Robertson, my new favorite dentist! This office invests in the latest technology and their people, so you get the best results faster at a fair price.

I had my first appointment at Dr. Robertson’s office last week. Karen was so friendly during the check in and out process. Sheri was my hygienist and she was fantastic! She was thorough and meticulous with my cleaning. My teeth felt amazing at the end of the appt. Dr. Robertson was very detailed and informative during the comprehensive exam. He and Sheri answered all of my questions and were very kind. It’s refreshing to know that your dentist is both conservative and honest with your treatment needs.

I needed an emergency visit while on vacation and they fit me in, we’re so amazing, and quickly got my dental work complete! Definitely recommend this dentist!

Dr. Robertson is a compassionate, gentle dentist. When he gives his home number for dental emergencies on the weekend it’s because he wants you to use it. He did not make me feel that I was intruding when I had to call him with the horrible experience of having a cracked tooth with an abscess. He treated this problem with a great deal of competence and care. I feel so grateful to have found this dental practice for my whole family. It is always so worrisome when you move to a new place and don’t know anyone. Our school secretary recommended him to me and she was so right!

When your dentist treats you like family, that is special! They know your name, your children and understand any concerns you may have. For the first time in many, many years, I don't mind going to the dentist. Trust me, that is saying a lot!

First visit...best cleaning I have ever had!

I just moved here from out of state and I hadn't found a dentist in Morehead City, until now!!! I needed a same-day appointment for terrible wisdom tooth pain and they saw me a few hours after I called their office. The woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The dentist was very understanding and made me feel a lot less anxious about what was going on in my mouth. The dental hygienist was also super sweet. I didn't wait long and my visit was short and sweet, which was perfect.

Dr Robertson and his staff are first rate. Their care is patient centered. Their organization and efficiency are beyond reproach. Their quality of care surpasses all I've been to in my life. I know I can trust his judgement, evaluation and treatment without question. And if I have a question it's always answered to my satisfaction. To say they provide 'value added' service is an understatement. I would recommend Dr. Robertson to all caring to provide for themselves and their family the best dental care available.

Professional, efficient, always on time, they never disappoint. Too, Dr. Robertson and his staff work with my husband, who is not the ideal dental patient, so that he now agrees to meet his appointments on time as though it was all his idea. Wonderful!! Thank you Dr. R and your staff!
