This is an excellent place for a picnic if you've just gotten a couple pounds of freshly steamed shrimp and crabs from Blue Ocean Market. It even has a trashcan for the shells. The best part is the shade provided by the pine trees. When consuming your fresh shellfish you can make a list of things you need from Tractor Supply, which is right across the street. You may encounter some winged insects but they mostly are attracted to the shells not the freshly steamed shellfish. If you have kids there is a fenced playground they can be distracted by while you enjoy you're shellfish from Blue Ocean Market so you don't have to share it with them. They may get mosquito bites.
