Masterclean Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Fantastic service! I had a doggie that was having accidents after she got cancer, and I thought that I can clean the carpet on my own by putting it outside and hosing it down and scrubbing it. It did not dry properly. It was three days and it still was wet so you can imagine the smell. It was 100 times worse than when I first started washing it. I called master clean and they came and picked it up. It took them about a week and then they came and delivered it! It turned out fantastically clean! I honestly thought that I was gonna have to throw it away. Exceptional service!!!

I will defenatly use them again. They left our furniture really clean.

Excellent service by excellent people. We had our tile floor cleaned at our office and the floors looked like they were brand new when they were finished! We also had an area rug brought back to life after being cleaned. I will never call anyone else!

I have an area rug that I purchased in Europe about 35 yrs ago and it has been all over the place as well lived through two children growing up in it. Lee came out and collected it and returned it in stunning condition! Save for one nasty little coffee stain that I was pretty sure wouldn’t come out it looks like the day I brought it home! This is a hand knitted wool sculpted rug so it’s a challenge . The job was super and professional and very reasonable priced! I highly recommend Master Caroet and Cleaners! We used MasterClean to do our "move out" cleaning from our rented townhome. They were professional and courteous. The service did not take as long as I had expected and the price was pretty good. Landlord found no issues and we got our security deposit back.

Highly recommend. They cleaned a recliner for me after an unfortunate coffee incident :) Prompt, courteous, and the recliner looks like new!

Update: at first I had issues but now I’m happy.

My carpet was still dirty when I received it back today. It is 2 years old

Well. We had an appt. at my daughters apartment for the carpets to be cleaned at 3:30 pm. Around 2 pm I called them to reschedule due to me not having my new bank card yet. He said no problem call us when we were ready. The owner ddnt cancel with his workers and they went to my daughters residence and she let them in and told them her father had cancelled. They called in to they're office and the lady there told my daughter the card issue was taken care of. That was a lie to get them to do the work since they were there. They ddnt get the stains out like they said. But the owner said we may not be able to get it all the way out. Which ive found out thru other customers, That s what they say just so when it doesnt cone out they have a fall back for when it doesn't. Now they are trying to bill us for work we cancelled on an hour before the set appt. The owner ddnt communicate the cancellation with his help and the operator at the office ddnt know what was going on with the card issue. So I called to try and talk to the owner and pay for what I cancelled because he keeps sending threatening letters and phone calls to my daughter who is in school there. I called with the intent of settling my bill with them that I shouldn't even have for work that seemed to just dampen the carpet because they ddnt clean it. I ask him how he can bill me for work I cancelled on wth plenty of time to tell his workers. He just ddnt want to ,thinking, if we cn get in and do it they'll have to pay. I still was trying to pay this guy and he was arguing that they did the work. Yet the stains are still there and a cancellation means don't come out but I still tried to pay him and he talked and ran his mouth right out of getting a dine from me. This company just tries to trap they're customers into false appt times. No stars. Owner is a real lame.

They kept our rug for more then 5 months, and when they finally brought it back the only difference was that they had put powder on it, it was still not cleaned.
