At first I didn't know what to expect seeing the closed sign when we arrived. After, seeing someone else coming out of the trail we took our changes. This trails is definitely catered to mountain biking with all the curves and different levels along the trail. If you enjoy biking this is the place for you and your bike. However, we walked the trail and it was very nice. The trail led to other trails. We came in through the Belmont side and was able to cross over Cramenton through the trail. Cool right! Another great thing I thought was interesting was how some of the markers had plants descriptions on them. Love it! We really enjoyed this trail.

Excellent MTB trail system. So many features I lost count! Thank you to all who have upgraded and maintained these trails. This is a perfect example of quality over quantity. Not a lot of miles but, man, this trail is a blast.

Great trail lots of advanced features. Tons of drops, berms, ramps. Lots of uphill also😅.. edit 2021.. recently they have been updating and redoing the trails to make it more hiker friendly and giving riders a more updated fun riding experience.. they've done hell of a job and they're not even done yet. Hatch off to the trailbuilders and everyone that's donated. I can't wait to see where the entire thing's done.. probably the most technical trail in Charlotte on top of it being the most fun and my overall favorite trail system

Fantastic biking and nice trail for walking going through the park. The bike trails have had a lot of work put into them and are some of the best in the area. There are some beginner to intermediate jump lines and some technical riding mixed in. It’s a good area to progress your biking skills.

Great little trail. Went with the wife and 2 young kids and the kids didn't make a peep about our walk being too long or too difficult. Can't wait to go back with bikes!

Trail network with a gravel path through the middle and various mountain biking loops branching off. Most being blue or black difficulty. There are plenty of features from skinnies, to drops, and jumps. All around great park.

Blue and green lines are both open. You can warm up on the buttery smooth green jump line then progress to the blue line which has much larger table tops, lots of techy rock gardens and a few insane rock drops to challenge the best of riders. The blue and green jump lines are easy to session as there are cheat lines back to the top. Great place to build your skills and progress as a rider in professionally machine and hand cut trails.

I start at the Belmont side and walk to the other side, Cramerton... It's a beautiful winding trail with about 4 small wooden bridges and streams all over... I enjoy it more during the rainy days when the birds and animal life are out feeding... It's about 8,000 steps round trip... Go out and enjoy for yourself... (-_-)...

This was a great trail system before they cut it up with machines. Now it's AWESOME! They have done a fantastic job of cutting in trails for all levels of riders and are still throwing in new trails and features. This has become my favorite ride spot for the flow and jumps. Downtown Belmont is just around the corner for some grub after the ride. The only thing they lack is restroom facilities which is a porta crapper at the Belmont entrance.

I walked my dog through there and I was just amazed at all the detail and workshop that goes throughout them trails. Makes me wanna go buy a bike and go out there and break my neck LOL. I really nice touch in Belmont. The city of Belmont does great.

Gravel walking trail through woods, several levels of mountain bike trails weaving in woods on each side of walking trail. Porta John and bike repair stationat main parking lot, as well as a changing room.

We go here for mountain biking and walking. The main trail is wide with gorgeous wooden bridges. The side trails for mountain bikers so beautiful!

Great trail... I highly recommend trying it out. This is more of a technical trail than a flow trail; a great place to practice and grow your skills. I consider this trail to be a solid 'intermediate' with opportunities to make it more challenging for experienced riders. This trail may be a bit frustrating for the beginner ... but, there are plenty of 'go around' options if you wish to bypass some of the features. 5 +/- miles, depending on which options you take; small pump track, jumps, drops, a cool gully section ... log rolls, skinnys, rock gardens ... lots of east coast roots ... punchy climbs and switch backs - connects to the carolina thread trail (easy to miss - no sign). Water available, port-a-jons, safe parking lot. Close to downtown Belmont for dining or an after ride beer. Trail is well maintained (in general), good signage and always seems to be growing with new features. This is my 'go-to' skills practice trail - I've been riding this trail for several years now and have enjoyed watching it develop. Needs to be ridden more! (THANK YOU Trailblazers!)

Hidden gym of Belmont. When I'm in town I always enjoy these Trails. They're great for biking, hiking or a couple stroll. Very well maintained and designed. I'd like to give a big shout-out to the Belmont Police Department for developing and maintaining these trails. Thumbs up Guys...

Great park for mountain biking or hiking. A good place to try out some new equipment. The trails are not to long but narrow in places with some uphill and obstacles.

Praise to the trail builders - new flow and some old school single track was left. And the new trails are crazy with features and jump lines.
