Hire the professional... My husband and I decided we would list our first home for sale by owner. We enlisted advice from Walter and a few other Realtors before setting it up for sale.

This was our first home, and we loved it, and figured we would be able to sell it on our own. During the 2 weeks we had it for sale by owner, Walter stayed in communication with my husband and I. He checked in on us and gave us pointers on his own time. He was honest and super easy to communicate with.

After 2 weeks, we decided we did not have the patients or time to scout out these showings and to deal with all the questions.

The experience was PHENOMENAL, Walter said and did what he said he would. If he was going to email on a specific date he did. If he couldn't, he would call and communicate. Walt was a great realtor for us! We were in the market for a new home as well as selling our current home. My husband was working out of state so Walt would let me know what houses he had available for viewing and the days I could meet him to view.
