After many disappointments at both Walgreens and CVS pharmacy in Morehead, the pharmacy staff at Harris Teeter is exceptional!! Friendly, smiling, prompt, accurate, communicative, and all-around amazing customer service !!

I can’t even begin to express what these ladies mean to me. I had an emergency for my fur baby and they took care of me so quickly. I am so blessed for the kindness of the manager, Kaitlyn, she was absolutely wonderful.

~ The Pharmacy Department needs work. The girls are working their butts off but somehow it all seems mismanaged. The 'On-Line' ordering is broke (they don't care or too busy to fix). Looong lines for pick-up (I counted 17 waiting). Dropped off one med prescription and in '4 days' it will be ready after 3pm. Unsat......

I called today at 1:10 p.m. because the emergency room sent to prescriptions for me to this Pharmacy last night. The tech on the phone told me they had just received it which I do not believe is accurate but I let it go and I asked how long it would be and they said 1 hour. So I said if I get there by 2:30 it will be ready yes? And I was told it would be. I get here and I get this excuse that it was stuck in the system somewhere. So that tells me that the person who processed it didn't resolve the issue in getting it fully processed but just threw it up on the shelf and didn't bother. They're just going to wait until you show up delaying your recovery/care and wasting your time. This is not the first time I've had issues. I was PROACTIVE, TOOK THE TIME AND INITIATIVE TO CALL AHEAD and STILL HAVE TO SIT HERE 40+ MINUTES AFTER THE SAID IT WOULD BE READY IS UNACCEPTABLE.....Update: then I was called up and the tech said $1.97 but there was only ONE Rx# on the display...now I'M NOT THE PHARMACIST OR THE TECH but I do know two antibiotics were called in and both have an Rx#. I had to question why only 1 drug. She would've sent me out the door with only HALF of what the ER prescribed for me to get better, delaying care again! What if I were a Senior and wasn't thinking straight or it took me too long to realize ...this is just wrong on so many levels. EARN YOUR PAY! Stop with the mediocre work ethic. There were 5, maybe 6 employees back there. What is going on????????

Don’t know what is going on here but they never have the medication ready. And they don’t know how to communicate. If you are prescribed a medication and they don’t have it, seems to me they would let you know so you have the option of trying somewhere else. Instead they just don’t even bother with it. I left this review after having several of this type of experience with them.

Consistently rude. I came to pick up a script, and glanced at the time on the screen. I stood at the pick up line for 6 minutes before I was acknowledged by Laura. Not waited on-acknowledged. Not a “hello,” not a “be right with you.” When I did get waited on, no apologies for the wait, thank you for waiting, nothing. Just rude. All the time rude, every time I come here.

I went to the Harris Teeter Pharmacy in Morehead City, NC, for the first time yesterday because they offered the best GoodRx price for a prescription I needed. There were 2 pharmacists and one technician working behind the counter. I went to the area marked Prescription Drop-off and stood there waiting for over 10 minutes. No one acknowledged my presence. The tech disappeared and both pharmacists were on the phone, with one pharmacist in the drop-off spot hidden behind a large computer screen and store sign. I maneuvered to where I could ask her if I could drop off my prescription and she took it, never speaking to me. Eventually, she said, "OK." I assumed she had accepted my script. I had to ask when it would be ready. She acted like I was bothering her.

I'm going to pick up my medication this morning and have no idea if anyone will acknowledge me and/or how long I will have to wait for it.

I retired after 43 years working in pharmacy related positions (hospital & pharmaceutical research) and I've never seen such a blatant disregard for basic customer service.

I will not be filling another prescription here.

I am just disappointed and disgusted.
My Husband has cancer, we tried Harris Teeter Pharmacy in Morehead City.
I got the call his pepcid- for the terrible heart burn he gets from treatments- was ready for pick up.
I left him in the chemo room, and went to pick them up, so he could start his meds before heading home.
I was 2nd in line, and had to wait 28 minutes.
I guess there was a technical error with the computer, which is fine, but I did ask if it would be resolved soon after 20 minutes of waiting, because like I said- My husband was in the chemo room.
The tech was extremely rude to me when it was finally turn.
She even raised her voice at me.
She said his meds weren't ready- even though I got the call an hour prior they were, and it is literally a prefilled bottle that could have been made ready in minutes, being as I waited so long to begin with.

She told me it would not be ready until the next day. Not due to any reason, other than it was called in after 11 am. It was called in at 11:15 am btw.
I left in tears. Chemo days are the worst for him.
We went to CVS and it was ready in 15 minutes.
So, now they get all of our business.
