In the almost 40 years that I have been with Terminix, never have I ever received, a more thorough inspection of my home, than the one I was given, by Mr. Shaun Saunders. Honestly! My husband and I were in awe of the time he took, to seriously inspect our home. In the past, our inspections were ‘supposedly done’, in less than 15 minutes. More time was spent sitting in their vehicles, than was spent ‘inspecting’ my home. We often wondered, how was anything really being inspected, when all they ever did, was walk through the rooms with a flashlight and shine it at the baseboards and maybe, open a closet or two…sometimes, a baseboard cabinet. Oh…and they quickly walk around the house, like something is actually being looked at, when in reality, they just want to leave. We always had to remind them of the shed/ workshop because it was treated and was covered under our contract. Oh…and another thing this young man did, was inspect our attic. A few years ago, we had Terminix to insulate our attic, as over the years, the original insulation had flattened. No problems there, other than, it required another appointment, to have someone else to come back and inspect it…and yes…we thought that was strange too. Well…Mr. Shaun Saunders, ‘killed two birds with one stone’, by not only inspecting our home thoroughly but the attic as well…kind of makes sense. My husband and I truly want Terminix to know, ‘you got a good one’, when you hired Shaun. He’s a super nice gentleman; well mannered; thorough and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Shaun. He’s definitely a keeper and we look forward to seeing him again, next year.

My Tech Shaun was very polite and kind. Even if I did hang up on him unintentionally twice when he tried to call. That was my bad but he was very understanding about it and came for our appointment I had forgotten about. The job was done quickly and professionally. Honestly, I have hired a few pest control places and Terminix has been the true best and cheapest all around.

Matthew Golden showed up from Terminex. He is awesome. He identified a carpenter ant problem we were suddenly experiencing and took care of it immediately. He advised us on other aspects and was extremely competent and knowledgeable. Representatives like Mathew and Corey are the reason that Terminex continues to function so successfully.

The gentleman that has been coming to my house is named Matt Golden. He has been absolutely amazing at being on time, very friendly and professional, he’s done phenomenal at targeting what would be problem areas and makes sure that the rest of my house is also efficiently covered including the yard! I’m VERY satisfied with the results that have come from this service and I HIGHLY suggest asking for Matt to be your pest management proffessional, exterminator, technician. Whatever you want to call him! I like to call him a magician; And I highly recommend! 5 stars all the way around!

Terminix has been our go-to pest control source since we purchased our home in January 2020. They did a complete upgrade on our crawl space and installed termite bait stations, and we’ve been totally satisfied with the product, the service, and the knowledgeable technicians, especially Luke. I first called terminix over a year ago. Lee did our initial consultation. He was professional and knowledgeable. provided us with detailed information about our needs. A pleasure to work with. Then, the rest of the team was awesome. I can call them anytime!

The Tech showed up right on time and, after a pleasant few words, he went right to work checking out my whole area. When he was finished inspecting all he very professionally explained to me what he had looked for and that he found nothing amiss.
This Tech was dressed very well and had wonderful manners and a natural ability to work with customers. This man has great potential and will go higher in the company when given the chance.

Shaun Saunders was awesome! He answer all my questions and concerns came to my house right on time. He spray down some pesticide & bait inside my home covered all the areas where I’ve been experiencing roach activity. He also cover the outside of my home by dewebbing and spraying down my whole yard. He also got to love on my dog for a couple of minutes. Shaun was such a professional and friendly guy.

Lee Thompson with Terminex, Morehead City, NC has provided exceptional service, along with his colleagues, Chris and Matthew. They are professional, responsive and resourceful. I would highly recommend Lee and his colleagues over any other competitor. Their work ethic is exceptional.

I have had my house covered under Terminix since 1988. The local Havelock, NC Terminix crew are very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. I have had them put in my gutter guards, my moisture barrier, my dehumidifier and my insulation under the house. I highly recommend Terminix.

Tyler was very polite and courteous, and kept me informed every step of the way, explaining what he was doing, and why he was doing it. He also had no problem stopping what he was doing to answer any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in my home.
He was also concerned about my napping granddaughter and my pets that I had in the house as well, making sure to inform me of the proper safety precautions to take with the chemicals used.

All in all, 10/10, I look forward to his next visit. Thanks for being awesome Tyler, and Terminix as well!

Mr.Matt is a great person. Explains things in detail. Always polite,even taking a few minutes to speak and rub my puppy dogs head. He is just a great person. Blessed to have him
