Excel Learning Center 3

This is by far the best daycare ever. I love the friendly teachers and security system that they have to keep the staff and kids safe. My little guy loves everyone here, and he has learned so much from his teachers. If I could give this daycare 100000 stars, I would. Thank you all for keeping my child safe and teaching him so much. You all are amazing.

We LOVE Excel #3! The teachers are always helpful, polite, and really care about the children and their needs. The classrooms provide an excellent learning environment, and there is a WONDERFUL playground!

I can't even begin to tell you how great excel 3 is!!!! The staff is always so joyous and inviting. The songs, poems, and stories of things their teachers or friends taught them are awesome to hear about. Keep up the great work guys!

This day care is awesome! My first daughter went here so I decided to take my second daughter here too. They care about the kids and teach them so much! My daughter was singing her ABCs by 18mo old!

My daughter goes to "school" here and absolutely loves it. All the teachers and staff go out of their way to make sure all the kids enjoy being there. If I could give more stars I would.

EDIT: The corporate office reached out to me earlier today to resolve this issue, which I appreciate because I was not expecting that. I felt that a reasonable resolution had been found, and I agreed to it. This evening I’ve been informed by several employees at Excel 3 that after the corporate office called them to settle the issue at hand, that the office personnel at this location took it upon themselves to speak badly about me and my child in front of employees and parents alike, with no respect for me and no regard for the situation at hand. Completely irresponsible and I am both disappointed and disgusted. This is now a one star review, and I will not be taking my child back to Excel 3 unless the persons in question no longer work there. I cannot trust that my baby will be taken care of properly knowing the administrative staff is willing to behave in this way. They do not know me well enough to speak badly of me, and I never would have imagined, nor expected, this type of behavior from adults I entrusted to take care of my son.

My son attended this daycare since he was six weeks old. He is now one year of age. The teachers are amazing. My son fell in love with all of them, and I am forever grateful that he was well taken care of, with love and respect.
I am sad that my son no longer attends this daycare. Since I am now self employed, I no longer have a childcare subsidy. Which is no issue for me. There was a balance of 124.00 recently applied to my account. Last week,I asked if I could pay for the month of February in advance and was told that I could. Then yesterday I was told that they will not allow me to private pay because of the 124.00 charge, which would have been paid along with prepay of February. Additionally, I was also told I could NOT bring him back because of the $124 charge. While I understand this is a business, I am having second thoughts about whether the owners at Excel truly care about the children who attend this facility or if it’s just about the money. Being told that my child is essentially only worth $124 to them was an insult, especially since he’s attended this daycare since he was six weeks old. I had no plans of switching daycare centers. Additionally being told that I could NOT pay for February in advance after being told I could a week ago is like salt in the wound. Thus, this is why this is a three star review. I've never known a daycare to turn away a payment in advance for services.

I feel that it’s disrespectful to not allow someone to prepay, and take care of a prior balance. No one can pull money out of the air if it’s not their pay day. If they don’t want parents who previously had childcare subsidies to do private pay that should be a clear policy stated in their handbook and enrollment papers, but it’s not. It’s discriminatory, and I am disappointed about the situation. I am happy that my son was well taken care of for the time he spent there though. We will miss the loving teachers he had in his class. Truly.
