The ladies are always so nice and friendly

The atm machine was down so I went inside to put in a deposit. I waited in line while I listened to an older white woman with gray hair berate a young black employee in front of us calling her stupid, asking her what the hell was wrong with her because she misunderstood that a man asked for his last bank statement, not a year's worth. I left. Despicable way to treat anyone, even if she was managing and the girl had made a mistake. And to berate/humiliate her in front of clients is unacceptable.

The only good thing about this branch is Jessie.

Setting 30 minutes just to find out that your ID isn't good enough for them they act like you're not there I've got nothing good to say about them

By far the worst branch there is. First, service is always super slow. The older lady that works drive thru is just plain rude and has no business working with the public. Some employees are friendly, when they actually have enough working. As far as who’s in charge? Nobody knows.

Sat at the window for 20 minutes to cash one check. Go to the other truist, much better service
