Habaneros Mexican Restaurant

Habaneros is one of the best Mexican Restaurants I have ever ate at. Delicious food, friendly staff, clean and vibrantly decorated, and reasonably priced! My fav is the Choripollo…so good!

My family and I ALWAYS enjoy dining here. It is our go to spot for drinks & food. Our server is very attentive, food is delicious and hot, and overall always a safe and open atmosphere. They have healthy options and kid-friendly. We’ve been coming for the past 6 months and everyone is always on their top game. THANK YOU HABANEROS !

About as authentic (close to home recipes) as you can get.
Try the Tres Leches, the tamales, and the chile relleno.
I will say this: only thing that turned me off was the corn tortillas. These were the ones I don't like- the smell is way too intense. I found out from an ex-boyfriend (who is Mexican) that these are the ones that are pumped full of calcium, whereas the standard ones aren't.
Salsa bar- It's fabulously fresh, but very hot. I would have loved to have pickled onions, but not with habaneros in them.

I love this place . I just moved here from Colorado and i was afraid i was going to be missing my Mexican food but no so much!! I love the beef tacos and the salsa & chips were great Chips came out warm and with a yummy salsa bar . Chili Rellenos are yummy they have meat & cheese and are soft but delicious.. not sure if you can get them with just cheese but I am going to ask next time :)

Ordered Steak and Shrimp ACP... Probably the best ACP I have had in this town. Sweet tea was on point! I would give this 10* rating if I could! Definitely will be going back very soon!

Habaneros Mexican Restaurant is a delicious hole-in-the-wall authentic Mexican restaurant that serves a large menu of traditional and signature Mexican dishes. They have exceptional drink specials (especially $2.50 margaritas on Thursdays), and the food is affordable as well. Habaneros is very popular and is often quite busy but the staff is fast and friendly so it is never a long wait. I enjoyed my Habanero Quesadilla pictured below.

Great food and service. They don't try to Americanize everything but drowning it in cheese. Nice salsa bar too. Will go back if I'm ever on the area again.

Food was wonderful, as usual. Service is prompt and attentive, even with most tables full. Everything was fresh, my friend got something on the side and I got double meat. Both of us were pleased with how it visit went. Very highly recommend!

Had an online order and when I picked it up there was confusion (on my part) as to whether it was thru Doordash. Even with my pouting when I had to verify the order thru the phone from which it was ordered (wasn't my phone but my daughter's), they kept their professionalism.
And the food was delicious!

We visited Habaneros for the 1st time while vacationing at Lake James. All of our meals were great. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The portions are more than adequate. A good dining experience overall.

Some of the best Chile Verde I have had. Great hole in the wall place. Very friendly. Sometimes you just happen to hit a great place to eat.

Great tasting food. Service was fast and polite. Did not disappoint!
