Foothills Marine of Morganton

I bought a Phoenix boat from them this year in February. They had a great selection. I drove over 5 hours one way just so I could physically see the boats in person. In my state there was very little inventory . Foothills inventory was great. My sales person was good and the gentleman (maybe Brian) that showed me the ins and outs of the boat when I picked it up was pretty thorough . Used the boat 3 times so far. Seems great. My only recommendation is that everything should be checked prior to customers coming to pick up boats. They have taken care of any issues I had and were easy to deal with. Felt like a valued customer with them .

Really enjoyed the customer service at Foothills Marine as the boat buying process was simple and the sales and staff excellent. My family and I are enjoying our new 2023 214 Sportsman Tournament as it’s the perfect inshore boat for our family. We can’t wait for our trip to the FL. Keys this spring.

I got this dealer mixed up with another one. Gave foothills a bad review. I was wrong. Very sorry. I thought they were the dealer with a brand new left over 2022 falcon. I was wrong.
They actually read my review and were concerned and contacted me to see how to make me happy. That's when I seen I got them mixed up. Wow great dealership.

Worked with Charlie Patton to arrange an annual service, resolve what appeared to be some minor issues and for our Suntracker to be detailed. Charlie was super friendly, accommodating and did all he could to make all this exceptionally easy - including round-trip pickup and delivery of the boat.

It turned out that a performance issue with the engine was more that it appeared, as was a steering problem. Once the boat had its preliminary check, Charlie called to walk through the findings in great detail. He also pre-identified warranty coverage for some of the problems and was all set to proceed with repairs on my go-ahead. He explained all in easy-to-understand language, including next steps if the preliminary repairs did not resolve all concerns.

The boat was returned to the lake after being detailed and taken for an hour-long test run to ensure that it ran properly.

This was the easiest and least stressful service experience I have EVER had, and as long as I am a boat owner, I will be sticking with Charlie and the team at Foothills Marine!

Great place to deal with. We drove 9 hours to trade in and pickup our new Skeeter ZXR20. I found the boat online and talked to Nathan and worked out a good deal with him through e-mails, very quick response to all my questions and concerns. When we picked up the boat we went over everything, took care of the paperwork and on our way home. Have had the boat out a few times now and love it. Charlie and the service team did an excellent job getting my boat repaired and serviced for the season. Will be a repeat customer. They communicated amazingly throughout the process and even after the fact. Great clean facility. The best part was they don’t even work on my Suzuki outboard but obtained all necessary parts and got the job done. Always going back.

I’d like to thanks Bill Hooper and the staff at Foothills Marine for making the purchase of my new ZXR 20 such an easy experience. I had several hundred questions for Bill be fore I settled on the ZXR then I had a hundred more and he never acted like he was tired of helping me. Purchases a Suntracker Bass Buggy from Foothills Morganton and had a great experience with Sales Manager Bill Hopper and with their finance person, Tracy! She was through and quick to help us find the best loan and made the paperwork so easy. Bill helped clarify a few timing misunderstandings and has been amazing with some follow up and warranty items. We live a couple of hours away and appreciate Bill working with us. Loving our new boat already!
