I knew this team before, from when I bought my condo. They helped me sell it and did a great job. Brittany and Belinda go over the top to provide great customer service. When I needed things done, they were always happy to do it, including replacing batteries in my automatic lock, and getting my Cable equipment back to spectrum, since I was selling remotely. They were great with fair pricing, as well as advising on offers. Always very responsive. I can’t think of anything negative in regards to this team. I have bought and sewed a lot of properties over the years, and Brittany and Belinda made the process very smooth for me.

My wife Kate and I purchased a double lot In Roosevelt Cove in Indian Beach in 2021 with Belinda and Brittany’s help and guidance. We looked at homes with Belinda for a few months. We did not find anything we felt was the “Forever” home for us. Belinda informed us that a new neighborhood was just about to start selling lots in Indian Beach called Roosevelt Cove. We immediately drove there and walked the lots. Within an hour we had fallen in love with lots four and 15. We were so excited as we knew we could have our forever dream home built exactly the way we wanted. Lot 4 is on the sound and lot 15 was second row. We put in an offer that was accepted and then we had to find a builder. Fast forward to fall 2023. Our new home, dock and boat lift are complete and we’ve been living here full time since October 20. We love it! Belinda and Brittany are so knowledgeable about the area they really helped us find the perfect spot! They are both detail oriented and very thorough in their work. We were so pleased with them that we asked if they would like to sell our second lot. Belinda had a photographer out within a few days to photograph the property and we signed the paperwork to have them list it for us. The usual timeline is about a year to sell raw land. I think the lot was only listed for between 2 and 3 months. We had offers from multiple people. We were able to get full asking price with their input and help. We could not be happier with Belinda and Brittany’s work! They both are so kind and their expertise shines through in all aspects of their work. If you need a new home ,lot, condo , or townhouse for purchase or you need to sell we HIGHLY RECOMMEND using these SPECIAL LADIES!
