Taqueria Jalisco

Quite possibly the best tacos I've ever had for a good price. The chorizo is great. The carne asada tacos are great. The al pastor tacos are probably my favorite but I cant go and not get the carne asada. The staff is also extremely friendly.

Looking for a fast lunch preferably Mexican I Googled tacos and I ended up here. Very glad that I did. I had to Tortas sandwich was amazing soft bread and fresh avocados.

The atmosphere is what you would hope for in a authentic established Fresh Mexican Cuisine.

This place is awesome! I do recommend the Tacos & Tortas if you like authentic Mexican food. You can dine in or get the order togo. The pic is a half of a Torta and it is packed with goodness! A++

Delicious authentic Mexican food. The Senora serves handmade fresh tortillas piping hot that are soooooo good. When in season, they have fresh Cantaloupe juice that is very tasty & refreshing. Reasonable prices for great food. Yummy!

Our 3 boys love their tacos as do I. I always request homemade tortillas. They cost a few cents more but definitely worth it.

The food is great, best authentic Mexican food in the area. The sauces could be a little better, but they make up for it with fresh ingredients, and the drinks are really natural. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

GREAT food for great prices! I love the simple menu and the made to perfection of each dish. It's hard to not crave the food here.

Love the tacos. The kids love the chicken and rice. Truly authentic. Not like other Mexican restaurants around here. They have the best pico de gallo and guacamole and homemade corn tortillas. Really sweet family who run the business!

Love it! Great food, and experience! I really love hand tortillas! Reminds me my child, but yes I do recommend it to anyone interested in having great Mexican food.

My favorite restaurant in Morganton. This is however a taqueria. That usually means a cheap, fast, tacos to go kind of place. I don't go here for an awesome atmosphere, and I don't go here for expensive cocktails. I go here because it's super fresh, super authentic, super cheap, and simply awesome. I crave it daily.

We were the only gringos in there and they treated us like family. The pico de gallo was off the charts good. I had the tacos as my main course and the upgrade to house made flour tortillas was totally worth it. I will be back there soon!

I love Taqueria Jalisco! It's a must every time I come to Morganton. The best Al pastor tacos and tortas I've found. Make sure to get house made tortillas and a side of guacamole.

This is the most authentic Mexican I've ever had in the States. I lived in Guadalajara, Jalisco years ago, this place brings me back. Not fancy, mind you, but absolutely delicious.

This place is awesome. Nothing fancy, just straight up authentic Mexican tacos! Staff is friendly and try the orchata.
