LongHorn Steakhouse

Very nice ambiance in this restaurant in Morehead city. We were told the wait would be 5-10 minutes and it stretched to 30 minutes with no one else waiting. We think the hostess forgot about us. When we approached her, we were seated right away.

Our server, Deanna, made up for the wait. She was very personable and attentive. Our steaks and sides were terrific! Great place for lunch!

We don't usually eat chain restaurants. The wings were so good we're back! We went for Monday lunch. It had a steady flow of guests. Cassie was our bartender/server. This girl is top-notch! She was busy, but we never felt rushed to order or eat. Mac and cheese is nice and creamy with a great crust on top. The Parmigiano chicken was topped with a rich, cream sauce. Side salad was a perfect mix of greans. No lunch steak salad. Meat was stringy. Great experiences.

I’m from Texas and know a thing or two about steakhouses. My medium steak was cooked beautifully and my mom’s order looked almost identical which speaks to the chef’s consistency. Additionally, the steak wasn’t over salted, so the sirloin was tender and moist.
The gluten sensitive menu was easy to read and our server James was attentive to our dietary restrictions. Order was accurate and we all walked away full, happy and without much damage to our pocket books.

I had the chicken sandwich lunch special with Cesar salad. We were seated right away and our server was great. Everything came out correctly. Our drinks were never empty and our checks were slit correctly. I wasn't impressed with the Cesar dressing. I will def try the house salad next time.

Been here many times over the last 5 years and not once had a bad meal or bad experience.Exellent food and portion sizes for a good price, highly recommend

My family took me out for my Birthday 🎂 January 21, 2023 l am really disappointed 😞☹ in the service we received. I made reservations @ 11 am so I knew that was plenty of time to make sure when a party of 12 arrived our table would be ready, but no it was not , but that wasn't the problem the problem was the Hostess she was very unprofessional 😳she doesn't need to be at the front if she can't deal with should have been a simple solution, the last time I checked when you call in let a restaurant know you are coming at a certain time frame in a n let them know how many people that will be coming is a reservation, just to get there an the definition be change. Well after that experience we will not be visiting that location ever again 😞☹Bad Hostess service.

By far my favorite go to place when I'm not sure what I want to eat. Deanna our server was very friendly and gave suggestions. The food was hot and prepared the way we asked for it. Prices are very reasonable for the portion and quality. Expect to spend anywhere from $40-$100 for 2, of course depending on what you order including drinks and apps.

Came here for the birthday boy #19 !!!! Service was great she was so friendly and in top of it (we can't remember her name but she had family in Maine)

So we arrived at this location around 4ish? Yesterday for a birthday dinner. We waited about 15/20 minutes and were seated. After that I’ll get straight to the point. I don’t know WHO the cook is back there (2/4) but I’ve never in my life had every bit of food cooked and prepared taste sooo incredibly juicy, hot, fresh and every thing good under the sun. The steak was cooked medium rare as it should have been (which is hard for to find a steak cooked as it should be in NC), the baked potato’s were fluffy and not withered like a lot of restaurants these days and the salmon was not dry. Everything melted in our mouths. Please give this compliment to the chefs yesterday! As far as our server Kelsie, she was so adorable and attentive making sure everything was okay (asking more than once) and great personable service!!!! Great location, great food, great service.

longhorn steakhouse has always been my go-to for celebrating. I always order the stuffed mushroom appetizer and a filet with asparagus. Tonight, I craved a REAL hamburger and fries. This meal did not disappoint! Rare and delicious, as always. I also ordered the new chocolate cheesecake to go. Cassidy was my server and did an excellent job. I will be back!

If you are in the mood for some off the bone ribs; LONGHORN is the place to go. The wait time for sitting was about 5 minutes, the service was very cordial and diligent. Very affordable and clean.

Greeted when we entered and seated almost immediately. For a steak house, our food came fast surprisingly. My friend was so hungry I think he started turning blue 😱what do you think? My meal was very tasty. It's a steakhouse so it was a little pricey which was to be expected. Overall a good experience.

My good friend and I went there after Church, at her suggestion. Rarely have I eaten at LongHorn, because I don't eat meat, but glad the LongHorn Salmon has changed my mind. The fish portion was perfectly cooked, and ny choice of sweet potato and salad balanced out the meal. Needless to say, I'll be dining at LHSH in the future 🌞.

Everything was excellent.
Especially our waitress Rhiannon...she is da bomb. Wish I knew her more. Such a friendly, helpful soul.

The food came very fast and was perfect 👌. I have been here before, and I always get the same thing because the quality and taste are consistently good. The outlaw with medium doneness and broccoli. I always tell them to keep the salad. I need all the room for that tasty ribeye!!!

Had not been in years! Was someone else's choice...so glad I went! The food was awesome...made just right! Our waitress was beyond great as we had about 9 people. All orders were correct and delicious! Will be back!

My husband and I ate here last night. Best waitress ever. And the food was outstanding, I would highly recommend this steakhouse to all my friends.

I love love love this place! There’s a waiter who works there that hands out pokemon cards to those who talk about them. Everyone there is kind and patient. I will definitely be eating there again!
