Great Staff worked with me will work with you. There was no place to sit but since I use a cane the manager actually went back and got a chair for me and then two more people came in and he went and got chairs for them and that you don't see all the time

Representatives Obi and Luke were great! They welcomed us and asked how they could help. Told them the problem and they diagnosed it, determined the solution and then worked on getting us a solution same day. Took initiative and found us a repair place that had the part. Really saved the day and our vacation.

I came in to switch over from Sprint and get a new phone. The customer service is absolutely AMAZING. I was greeted as I walked in and everyone was kind and super respectful.
James helped with the transfer and answered a bunch of my questions. They were super professional and knowledgeable. They were the amazing whipped cream and cherry on my metaphorical sundae that’s my experience as I visited to the store.
Naomi, Dominique, and Ty also helped like the amazing ice cream flavors that make up the sundae. They set me up with picking out a phone and phone case and were extremely knowledgeable as well. I was a little nervous coming into the store and they made me feel at ease.
I definitely recommend this store. :)

Getting a new phone is always very anxiety provoking. Marcus was a gem at walking my non Tech savvy husband through getting a new phone. Welcoming him from the LG basic phone to a Samsung Galaxy S21. So thankful for the expertise shown in our local area.

I went into the store this morning and Marcus helped me get set up with WiFi for my home. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. He got us in and out in 15 minutes! The wifi is working perfectly, too!

i went in today with service issues. my phone was not pulling any LTE data. the guy at the counter (i believe his name was jorge) tried EVERYTHING. eventually, i just ended up using my upgrade to get a new device altogether. regardless, jorge was super friendly and i can tell he tried everything he could to figure out the problem.

my old carrier store in GA was a total different story, you could tell the associates did not want to bother fixing any issues, they would just try to sell me a new device, tell me to take it to a 3rd party technician, or go to an apple store.

i really appreciated jorge’s help. i was not expecting to upgrade but he helped me backup my phone and everything to make the switch over easy.

Amazing. Justin and his coworker got my SIM card issue figured out within minutes. Every other store I had been to (Jacksonville / New Bern stores) were not knowledgeable on how to proceed to help me.
