Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center

My husband wears hearing aids and we are so pleased with the care he receives from Wendy. We first met her in the Marion office and were so disappointed when she was moved to Morganton. We tried to continue without her help, but weren't satisfied. We now drive over 50 miles just to see her. She goes the extra mile to make sure his hearing aids are working properly. She always has a friendly smile and makes you feel your needs are her first priority. The extra time it takes for us to see her is well worth it. Thank you, Wendy for all you do!!

I am so glad I went to Miracle-Ear in Morganton, NC. I have been with them for 6 years. When I walk in to Miracle-Ear, I always get a very friendly smile by Angela, the Patient Care Coordinator. Angela always makes you feel welcome. She is very knowledgeable with her job and helping Wendy, the Hearing Care Specialist. Wendy is very friendly and will meet you with a beautiful smile that makes you feel comfortable. She is very intelligent and professional. Wendy also makes you feel comfortable and relaxed by going over what she will be doing in helping you with your hearing. The test is free and painless. Everything is shown to you and explained in detail about the tests and hearing aids. She will always answer any question you have. They want their customers' satisfaction and their primary concern is to make you feel happy about hearing. They go above and beyond to help you to be able to hear better. I highly recommend Miracle-Ear, Wendy, and Angela in Morganton, NC. Give them a call! My husband, Sam, and son, Ben, did this year and they love how well they can hear. Very unhappy with the service. One of my hearing aids stopped working and I’ve been waiting weeks for my replacement. Was told my new hearing aid would be replaced in 2 weeks. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still without my new hearing aid. I’m a very unhappy customer of Miracle Ear.
