Monday my credit card was hacked. Tuesday my cable service. Wednesday it was my laptop. Not living locally I had no idea who to call or what to do. Thanks to Robert today is Friday and I am back to normal! He is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and it is obvious he loves what he does. I highly recommend him. Thank you Robert for saving the week.

Robert is the best! I got the blue screen from hell and panicked! He had me up and running within 24 hours. Whatever your computer problem - I have full confidence that he can fix it! Very friendly and is going to help me get a better product than Norton!

My laptop’s volume stopped working after I did a Windows update. Robert had my volume fixed within 24hrs, and put in a new hard drive for me since I mentioned the laptop has been really slow. I will definitely be using Robert again if I ever need more tech help in the future.

Robert was immediately available and had my computer fixed the same day. He talked to me in terms I could understand. Took extra time with me and answered all my questions. He loves what he does and it shows. I have already recommended him to friends and will be using his services again. He is honest and so much better, and quicker than using the big box store across the street for repairs. So glad I found his company to help with my computer needs.

Robert is the best! He came the same day we called to fix our printer. Took time to discuss our options and then went to Staples himself to buy us a new one!! He even took time to set up everyone’s computer to the new printer. He’s honest and his prices are fair. I plan to use him as our computer guru from now on!

Robert was the best. I called in twice trying to troubleshoot he sat on the phone with me and tried helping me troubleshoot. I lost my car. He went out of his way and picked me up and drove me to the shop and we figured out the issue. He went above and beyond. No other computer place took time to do what he did. What a great guy and was nice to get to know. I recommend him 110%. He even took me to Best Buy to pick up the part. So go to him over anyone else. You won’t be disappointed at all!

On-site Computing Technology did amazing in helping me with my HP Envy. They fixed my computer within a couple of hours. I had urgency in getting my laptop back and they worked hard to fix it. They were respectable and truly dependable. I would recommend these guys to anyone, they do a fantastic job!

Had more issues with my Pc after letting it sit for a year. Called Robert, he figured out the issues quick , ordered the parts , and the Pc is running amazing again. Only guy I know with the knowledge to know exactly what the issues are when calling him and explaining what’s going on. Definitely recommend for all your computer needs!

They work on Apple products too! Robert diagnosed the issue with my MacBook quickly and had an inexpensive solution.

Robert's expert service was critical, and his Saturday business hours saved me a bunch of money when my PC parts warranty otherwise would have expired. I consider myself something of a tech guy, but never be afraid to go to a real professional. This locally and veteran owned business is here to help!

Robert kindly agreed to meet me at the shop at the end of a Saturday. I was unable to access anything on my laptop and I feared all was lost. He reassured me that he would be able to retrieve my data and a couple days later he returned my much better than before, updated laptop and charged a reasonable price for all his hard work

They fixed a busted hinge on my laptop the same day I dropped it off, for a fraction of the price the manufacturer wanted for the repair.

Best Buy wouldn't even look at the laptop. I'd recommend heading across the street from best buy to these folks. They did great work.

Robert was very helpful when my hard drive crashed. He gave me several ideas and options for new solid state drives and walked me through what was wrong with my computer. He wasn't able to recover the data but is in the process of sending the old drive off in hopes of recovering it. In the meantime he replaced the drive and added a backup to prevent another loss of data. Computer seems to actually work faster then it did before thanks to his suggestion for the new drive.

I gotta do a callout. On-site Computing Tech in Morehead - these guys are awesome!!! Stopped in and they helped me where a few of the other companies wouldn't/couldn't. Veteran Owned Business. Great customer service A++, and they solved my problem inexpensively.

First I must apologize to Robert for not having done this review in December right around Christmas 2021. It has taken me this long to figure out how to post a review. Second, I must praise this man for his dedication to helping out folks. Especially those who thought their computer had somehow failed. We forgot the charger, bought a new one, and the computer wouldn't work, it was Dec 23rd. The next day this graceful man spent the entire day trying to figure out what was wrong. He went so far as to lend us his personal lap top while we were visiting, to help us have/use internet access since we were staying on board a boat. And he was very reasonable on his fee. We never did figure out what was wrong. After we returned home, we thought, lets charge our laptop overnight just to see if anything would happen when we turned it on. Low and behold the laptop was back to normal. That's when we realized it was the purchased power cord that didn't work with our laptop. We called Robert and let him know. We were all surprised and happy. What I know is, I have tremendous respect for Robert and his dedication. Thank you for your military service Robert, and your continued service to your fellow man outside of that. You rock! Larry and Maria

Richard was awesome. I called in a panic on a Saturday afternoon, he walked me through a few over the phone options. He ended up staying open until 7:30 on a Saturday evening to help. Helped me set up a new pc and get essential information moved that evening so I could keep working. Pricing was super reasonable. I'll be back for regular pc cleanings and updates. Robert, Thanks so much for all the help today. My Computer went down hard. I did every thing I could think of to get it working again. I had bought it as Best buy so went there to get it fixed this morning. They would not let me drop it of nor could see me until about 7:30 pm tonight. I searched for computer repair in the area and found your store nearby. You went out of your way to fix my problem and also took care of my own Modem Router install. I'll turn in the old one I rented from Spectrum all those past years. I am definitely recommending you everyone I know. You are the best. Thanks!!! Jonathan

Unbelievable! I was in a panic, my computer was not functional and I could not run our business. On-Site was Closed but he answered anyway and opened just for me! In the blink of an eye he had my computer running faster and better than when I purchased it! Fantastic above and beyond service at a great price! Can not thank On-Site enough! No other Computer Repair around in my opinion! Thank you!
