Atlantic Beach Resort

This is my third time staying here, never had any issues. They check in with you ensuring you have what you need but I’ve never needed anything. It’s stocked with everything you’ll need except food. If I had to critique anything it would be the type of coffee maker available, I’m partial to the K cup , Keurig type., but that’s it. Walking distance from the beach , key required to enter so it’s an added feeling of safety. Look forward to returning

This has become my happy place. Well maintained, convenient to the beach and numerous attractions. Fort Macon, and Beaufort are both short drives. From Beaufort, you can catch ferries to several of the barrier islands, including Cape Lookout. New Bern is also less than an hour away.

IMMACULATE EXPERIENCE! We were here for the Beaufort Pirate Invasion and you will not regret staying here. Very spacious with comfortable furnishings and plenty of closet space. Incredible beach access with WARM outdoor showers and two pools! Playground for the kids and wonderful accommodating staff.

We loved it from the start management was very friendly the room was fantastic good view very clean the bed was comfortable the price was right it is November but having great weather would recommend people to stay at water inn we would definitely come back again and stay.

Had a two bedroom which had a nice sized kitchen, dining table and living room. The sleeper couch was a nice addition. On the third floor and could see the ocean from outside. Nice outdoor table and chairs for each room. Three pools were very nice.

Excellent location in the middle of Atlantic Beach makes everything accessible. Our suite in building 30E was clean and spacious. The staff has been courteous and helpful and the grounds are well-maintained.

It's a large complex, so it depends on the building you get as to how far you are from beach access. Even though we were at the furthest building from the access, we still had no problem driving to a spot and parking right at the access point whenever we wanted. Even if you had to walk, it isn't too far no matter which building you're in. The access itself is wonderful, across a very narrow road, and then another 150 feet, or so, of brand-new walkway that leads right to a beautiful beach. There are showers to wash the sand off as soon as you get back in through the resort gate.

This place offered everything we were looking for, and we will certainly be back.

Beautiful resort with beautifully landscaped grounds.Easy access to the beach. Great amenities with indoor heated pool, outdoor pools , hot tub, tennis courts, and picnic areas!

Great vacation spot, not really fancy but nice and quiet. Just one street over from the beach, but they have their own boardwalk to their beach access, and the street is a secondary road with very few beach houses on it. I always love the sunsets at Atlantic Beach.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! This will be my "go to" whenever I come home to the Crystal Coast. Loved it!

Heaven on Earth beach located in a nice area. Walking distance to Food Lion Grocery store, ABC Liquors & much more. The Resort has 3 pools. 1 indoor, 2 outdoor which 1 is the shape of Mickey Mouses head, hence "The Mickey Mouse Pool ". I recommend going to Beaufort to shop & hop on a boat for an excursion to one of or all the Islands. You may see Wild Mustang horses 🐎 or Dolphins 🐬

My family and I have been coming here for 25 years. The resort has continued to improve and update through the years. Great beach, pools, splash pad, and more.

large remodeled unit. 2 bedroom 2 bath gorgeous units. ⛱ is beautiful. The area is very interesting with lots to do. 3 pools, 1 is indoors children's sprayers, jacuzzi, play area, pickle ball and more.

Obviously the beach access is right here also.

Great place to come with the family, we were able to use the indoor pool since the weather the first days were cold and raining. Place is very peaceful, very private, beach is amazing , we really enjoy the time here as a family.
The laundry is free, they have play are for the kids, tennis court, a lot things to do with family.
Our apartment was very clean, the only thing I will suggest is for them to have big trash can on each floor.

You'll pass the entrance if not driving slowly. We enjoyed the resort and the accessibility to the beach. I'd suggest bringing a folding wagon to load up your chair, umbrella and cooler. It would just make life easier. My grandchildren enjoyed the pools and basketball court. All around a very nice place to stay.

The rooms were great, and the location was nice. I really like the area. The only negative was that there was a construction crew blocking the beach access to work on a new building. It was very quiet, and the indoor heated pool was great. I would definitely stay again.

Loved the resort however we were on the first floor and there were children above us who were constantly running and being kids. They were up late at night and very early in the morning we didn't get much sleep. Planning on visiting this resort again but will make sure on the top floor.

Ok so this review will be a bit biased as I have been going here for over 30 years. It is not the Ritz but we love it. Tennis courts, put put, two pools actually 3 lol. It is our favorite week of the year!

We are enjoying this off season stay. Weather is great 70° to 76°. Our suite is clean and well kept. One quiet residential street from the beach. Access way to the beach. Staff is very friendly, and helpful. We will definitely be back again.

This is my 6th Sundance stay, and by far the nicest condo we've had. We could see the ocean from our window. 😁

The bedrooms are a good size. I was particularly fo d of the king size bed. The bathroom, in the ensuite bathroom was great. I honestly think it would maybe be considered handicap accessible, because it was so large.

The living room kitchen area was very comfortable. We had 2 teens, 3 adults, a toddler and 2 infants, and everyone had space to stretch out after the beach.

One of my favorite features was all the storage space. There are closets in every room, but also there was a pantry, and a utility room. We had a laundry room too.

I really liked the long entrance way. You could leave your beach stuff there, without trekking it into the condo. This also spread the bedrooms apart.

LOVED: the location. It's a short walk from the beach and right near everything you'll need for your stay (pizza, grocery store, ice cream, shops, etc.) Luggage carts and an elevator made our lives so easy! Good air-conditioning and STELLAR wifi. The splash pad and pools are well maintained. The splash pad you activate!

Notes: The balcony needs sanded and painted. Create a path to the beach that includes beach cart accessibility. While our condo was clean, it needed a good wipe down.

They will even replenish your trash bags, dish soap and linens! (Everywhere else we've stayed charged for that)

I would genuinely consider buying a condo here if I had the money, I liked it that much.

Atlantic Beach Resort is right on the ocean. Our one bed one bath unit is spacious, although we could use another mirror and more places to hang clothing. From building L there are small ocean views from the deck through houses across the street. The location is convenient to eateries and shopping. It is a great vacation spot with 3 pools and access to the beach.
