Love this place! The people are friendly and make the non gym goer feel like they belong! To top it off I got their best trainer, ERICA! Erica is great and personal, she has made it easy for me to learn and want more.

After belonging to another gym my husband and I decided to try out TrueFit Gym and we have been very happy since. We work out twice a week with personal trainer Erika. She challenges us at each work out session and keeps us motivated. The equipment is great, protein shakes are delicious, and the staff is friendly. Great place to get your exercise.

I started about 6 months ago. Facility has everything you need and lots of space for a great workout. Erica is my personal trainer. She is great. She explains what muscles are being used with each workout, which helps me concentrate more on each move. The entire staff is attentive and makes you feel like you belong.

I'm thrilled to be a part of the TruFit community and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch fitness club experience.
The instructors, Terry and Monica, are knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what they do, which creates an inspiring environment to push yourself further.

Trufit gym is the absolute best! The people are welcoming and the gym itself has everything to offer. It’s spacious and clean! Jeremy is the best trainer and has taught me so much about the gym!

I was a member of another gym. Decided to try Trufit. It is a perfect fit for me! Love it. Erica, personal trainer is amazing. All the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable.

Great place to go and work out, staff is very friendly, have good trainers who know what they are doing, especially Jeremy Darnell this guy really knows what he's talking about when it comes to training the body and eating right, so if anyone needs a gym to go to or a personal trainer, Truefit gym is the place to go.

I did a tour of the gym. I observed the equipment and the personal trainers. Do not get a membership unless you have glamorous workout outfits this is the new age Gold's Gym. A tee shirt and workout pants for the ladies will not work here. The fashion police will get you will loud sirens! Shop for workout outfits ladies and gentlemen. It is glitz and glamor here. Hair and nails done please. Make up in place everything for your workout sessions at Tru Fit. The members are watching. The protein shakes are delicious. The equipments are cleaned and sanitized around the clock. The staff are friendly.

Great customer service! Sherri and Stephanie at the front desk are wonderful, Jeremy is a great personal trainer although I haven’t personally trained with him, he always checks in on me. Very friendly atmosphere, equipment is nice and well maintained. This is the gym I started my fitness journey at and it has been a wonderful experience!!

Great place to work out , knowledgeable staff always willing to help and answer any questions. And I always love to finish my workout with sauna

I’ve been frequenting this gym when visiting family in the area. Best gym in town. Great balance of free weights, cardio equipment, machines and other more obscure equipment such as ropes, sleds and heavy bags. Highly recommend

Very good gym , the ppl are excellent , very nice! Best gym around morehead , Newport and havelock!

I came in with a leg injury. My left thigh tight as a band of steel. The trainer had me stretch a bit. The trainer message the tight thigh muscle with a claw like device, then cupped the leg to get it clear of lactic acid build up. They stretch the leg and hip. The leg is feeling much better. A couple more of these sessions with the trainer and the leg should be back to normal. The excruciating pain is gone. The leg is just sore. Kudos to the trainers who knew what to do. I am very impressed. The gym is clean and doesn't smell like other gyms I frequented. No sour sweaty smell. It smells fresh. The equipment is clean too. I am very impressed.

Enjoy the trainers and employees along with all the support personnel. I workout in the morning and there is a crew of regulars that are family.

Clean facility, super friendly staff, all the equipment you need, and knowledgeable trainers if that’s your thing.
