Waffle House

Literally the best Waffle House in existence. The servers are welcoming, kind, punctual etc and the food is quite good. Shawn (I think that's his name) cooks the best eggs in town! Also, the building is clean.

One of the BEST Waffle Houses around, very clean place staff is always friendly, food fresh and made to order, usually not that busy. Easy location right off the Highway, and easy return to to highway to continue your travels with a full belly and a face with smiles for miles.
They have a great Blueberry Waffle.
Absolutely will return and I highly recommend this location to Others!

The waiter was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable, the Restaurant was clean!! my fiancé is highly allergic to dairy, she and the cooks made sure to accommodate his needs, we have been in many Waffle House restaurants all over the states and without a doubt, this one is the best! 🥰

Sat at the hightop table near the grill and observed the cook prepare all of the food. He was busy! Yet showed amazing skill with all the special orders in our family of 5. The waitress was very personable and anticipated all of our needs. Better yet, everyone had all their teeth :)

I was a little hesitant to go somewhere where I could watch them make our food, as I can be quite particular. Surprisingly, the cook (Tony) did a fantastic job! He kept it sanitary, checked the temp on the chicken, changed his gloves multiple times, and just rocked it. The food was great! In addition, our server was awesome as well and checked in consistently. Great job, guys! ✌😊

Waffle house is always my go to place and sometimes it can be bad or good but this place really tops the good side. Really kind and patient people working hard to get us seated (we were a group of 6) they had such cute costumes and they were running busy in the rush hour trying to keep everyone happy! Not one complaint from me! I was surprise to see negative reviews but right now this waffle house made me feel happy and reminded me the reason why I love eating at waffle house

My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our meal at this Waffle House. It was clean, the service was fast and friendly, and the food was better than we expected.

I have found waffle houses great depending on the cook. This one has an excellent cook and very good staff. I eat their regularly.

The place looked awesome all decorated for Valentine's day. It's great that waffle house does this. I can't wait until the next time they do this again.

Me and mine went into waffle House just before 9pm to celebrate our daughters 13th birthday. Every other place we went to was closed or closing at 9 and we didn't want to be "those people".
So as we were driving the waffle house popped into my head. We went there after the last bad hurricane since we had no power and they were open then.
Our children were loud and obnoxious. The baby was showing how many demons possessed her that night. And I sat there enjoying it all silently while thinking I don't think I could ever leave this poor girl a big enough tip.
My wife though, can't help but do this, and I am glad she does, and will practically bus her own table before we leave. I left the waitress a 20 as a tip on a bill that was 64 something. I would have left more but then my wife might have thought I was hitting on here and trying to seduce her with money. She knows how much money I have, I couldn't seduce the homeless cat lady on my budget. I ask myself everyday why she is with me.

We decided to go to The Waffle House in Morehead City, and I'm glad we did. The atmosphere was so peaceful and friendly. Our waitress, Melissa, was friendly, courteous and overall great! The restaurant was clean and the food, of course, delicious. We will be returning to this particular Waffle House 😊

I can not say enough positive comments about this establishment. First of all Laurel is the best waitress and greeter!! I have never gotten a greeting like that at waffle house, plus every guest receives a hello. Than the establishment is very clean, the manager is awesome and his assistant is great as well. They both chatted to us and we realized that they knew where we were from. So the understood why we complained about the local waffle house in my home town. If your around this area want great food great hospitality and a very clean place, come on in.

When traveling I always look first for a #WaffleHouse. The Hash Browns with unlimited coffee and a serving to go seal the deal! Another thing that works is every place is slightly different!!! This adds to the start of the day!

It is a waffle house. Nothing special to look at but good food and good service

Really excellent meal. Loved the waffle with peanut butter chips. Scrambled eggs were great! Service excellent - Brett was our waiter and he was awesome! Made us fresh brewed coffee!
