Forget the other reviews and be glad we still have post offices... last of our tax dollars at work paying people to work thankless jobs!

Had incredible service and assistance renewing my passport. Rep was professional and knowledgeable. Never written a review for a post office before but gentleman working in am of 10/1/22 was excellent

It's two days before Christmas after 5 p.m. and someone answered the phone. That's the best start to any conversation. I sent a package from Arizona a week ago to be delivered today or tomorrow the tracking said it was undeliverable at the address so I called the post office they tracked down the package it was still on the truck this lady looked back in the Mailroom and couldn't find it so she called the carrier to verify it was still on the truck. They said they would hold it at the post office for my daughter to pick up tomorrow. As busy as they are she took the time I can't say that about any other business I've ever dealt with. I wish I could remember her name because she definitely deserves snaps for going out of her way and answering the phone when she didn't have to do any of it. I wish her a wonderful and blessed New Year a safe and happy Christmas. I will say living in Arizona has made me realize how much I missed true southern hospitality. Way to go Morehead City I'm proud to say I'm from there.

Good post office. Parking is sparse and traffic in and out can be challenging. Use caution arriving and departing.

The service is ok. It needs a little bit of organization. I go there for my stamps and drop off my packages. Things have changed here over the years. The staff appears as if they do not care to be there at all.

I love the convenience of my local P.O., but they are truly missing that small town friendliness and personal service. This review is specifically about customer service. I want to give a 1 star & a 5 star for different experiences, so I’ve set it in the middle. I have found some at the counter to be quite “short” and unwilling to go out of their way to help customers, including me. I have put up with this for a year, but on 7 Oct 2020, I witnessed an old man at the counter asking about a form and where to take it or call for help. Debbie refused to help him, maybe because there were 3 others in line, but she just seemed unkind to this old man. The others of us in line tried to help answer his questions and were pulling up the information on our phones when Cindy Hall (the manager?) came to his rescue. She personally took the time to chat with him and write down the information he needed. I was delighted & relieved! Someone please teach these postal workers some customer service skills (or just plain-ole people skills) and give Cindy Hall a big smile! Thanks for reading!😊

For the past 3 days I am always getting somebody else mail and not ours. So I just wonder if other people is getting our mail also, because I am not getting our statement from the Bank. I have had to stop payment on a check where a place did not get our payment. When we are on vacation and we get back we don't get our mail until I called the Post Office, I scheduled for our mail to be delivered the day we get back. We are always getting mail but today I went to get the mail it was not ours it was somebody down the road from us. She delivered a package to us ,then why didn't she give us our mail then, but she didn't, I am getting tired of my mail being put into somebody's else box. I hope you can get this matter straight. Rude. I understand there busy but that's no excuse for them to be rude.

I can't even get the mailman to stop get my mail or neighbors and I have my flag up. Duh

They don’t care, because it’s the post office but this office is the worst I’ve experienced. Two letters never arrived at the destination and my Mother’ Day card I sent to my mother in Florida took 18 days to get to her. There’s some serious flaws at this office. Beware.

I've never experienced worse customer service at any Post Office I've ever been to. Tia was especially unhelpful and condescending. Most employees here that I've interacted with have zero social skills or personality. Francisco is the only exception- he is friendly and helpful.

If I could give no stars I would. The mail lady has sent my letters back for no reason. I get an hour lunch break and I have called for my ENTIRE lunch break and not one person will pick up the phone!!!

I no understand want o pay for IRS and buy money order for $2,044 and the lady Name Debbie say I need 3 money order an When I want to pay she say I need paid exactly money because she can’t give me change is ridiculous, I think is no like Spanish people
