Staff always takes great care of my battery needs. They stayed late today in the rain to get me back on the road. If you need any type of battery this is the place you need to visit.

I was at the carwash yesterday and when I went to leave, my car wouldn't start, so I had my nephew come and jump me. I went right to Interstate and immediately the woman came out and ask what was wrong and I explained to her what happened and she had her tech come out and check my vehicle out and he determined it was just the battery, He replaced my battery and checked the charging system. I was in and out in 10 minutes!!! I would have to say, that was the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had!!!

My husband and I have always gone here, to get our batteries for our trucks, cars, boats, really anything that needs one to run! I was with my mother and she needed a battery for her 2017 Dodge Van, which takes a large battery, the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful, and just all around professional. It took about five minutes, old one out new one in, and we were on our way! Thanks guys!

I was having battery issues and a friend suggested I called interstate. When I called the young man was very nice he explained all the details and I opted for a new battery. When I finished work at 4 I arrived there and they had the battery ready for me put it in and I was on my way in 10 minutes. Great place to do business with Pleasant people with a smile.

I would like to thank Joseph Williford for the excellent service that he provided 12/7/2020. I work @ the hospital and was leaving for the day when I found my car dead as a doornail! The maint. dept. was able to give me a jump and my son sent me to interstate batteries where he does his battery business. It was dark, cold and raining when I arrived, I pulled in and was greeted by a very friendly Joseph! I told him what was going on and he took a look. I got there after 5pm so from what I understand they would not normally do an installation that late but, Joseph helped a girl out and installed my new battery. I am so appreciative that he was willing to go the extra mile and get me back on the road so I didn't have to worry if my car was going to start in the morning! I would also like to mention a very nice lady who was also there, she got me checked out while Joseph finished up with my car.

Quick and helpful. Prices are reasonable and honest. They have changed my old civic's battery and most recently our dump truck, bull dozer and boat. Only place I'd trust around here.
