I wanted to take a few minutes to write about my experience with Farzaneh at Refine, MD. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and takes time to explain her services that fits your needs! Farzaneh does an amazing job, and you will see the results! She is always smiling, and her customer service is excellent. I recommend her for your skin care treatment services, etc.

I had a great experience at Dr. McIntosh's clinic. Him and his team were welcoming, friendly, and professional. It's clear they are passionate about their work and dedicated to providing the best possible outcome. A well deserved 5 stars!

The Kirkland office has a comfortable waiting room. Suzie gives the most relaxing facial experience I could hope for. My skin is clean and fresh looking. I left there feeling beautiful and smiled at everyone because I felt so great.

The man is a magician! I’ve been going to Dr. McIntosh for years but had moved away for several years. I recently moved back to the area, and the first thing I did was book an appointment. I live an hour and a half away from his Kirkland office, and I’m telling you, he’s so good at his craft that I don’t mind making the trek at all! I’d give him six stars if I could! 😊

If there was a 10 star option I would immediately click it! RefineMD in Kirkland is the absolute best. I get my laser hair removal done by Farzaneh and the results are always great! She goes above and beyond with her treatments and makes sure the client feels comfortable during the treatment. Dr. McIntosh and the front desk staff are also very friendly. Highly recommend RefineMD for your aesthetic needs!

I loved that the clinic is very clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. The staff members at the front desk were very personable, kind, and engaging with me. I received Botox in my forehead and found that Dr McIntosh was a good balance of friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The results are exactly what I was hoping for! If you are looking for a safe, highly experienced, and friendly plastic surgery clinic, I definitely recommend this clinic!

CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!! I initially just came in for a consult after my friend referred me to their office, but after meeting with Lisa, I felt so comfortable and confident with her care plan for me and knowledge so I ended up receiving a Diamond Facial right then! She made me feel so understood and I could tell she truly cared about me and my skin goals and who I am as a person- I totally trusted that I was in good hands and got exactly what I wanted. The entire space was very clean and the treatment tables are very comfortable with relaxing music and everything:)

Dr. McIntosh is very warm, funny and great at what he does. I always look natural and rested after I see him. I’m always happy with the results! He is very gentle and calming (I’m scared of needles). I saw Grace for the first time and she is also very knowledgeable about fillers and Botox. She has a very gentle touch and is also calming and warm. I highly recommend them.

My experience with Refine, MD was amazing! I had a full tummy tuck after major weight loss. Dr. McIntosh was very upfront about what he was able to do and what he wasn't. I found him very personable. His staff is amazing as well. I am now 9 months out from my procedure and he is still helping me out with information as I need it and any issues that have risen. I am a terrible writer, so excuse me if this is so short. My review is that I would 100% recommend Dr. McIntosh and his staff!!!

From facials to injectables, I've had a wonderful experience at Refine. Dr. McIntosh is very talented and most definitely focuses on a "refined" aesthetic. Lisa is an amazing esthetician who has done wonders for my son and daughter. I highly recommend this practice for the entire family.
