Great customer service. I got the steak house burger w/ bacon. The patty was warmed to serve but it was loaded with bacon.

Man oh Man! I am very pleased about the service I received from here last night. I ordered quite a bit of food because of all the coupons and they didn’t have the correct bread for the French dip so they weren’t serving them. I politely asked if they could just put it on a different bun and they did it without any problem. Even though they are short handed they still are giving amazing service. Thanks to the crew last night 10/01/23 for making my night and to be honest the sesame bun that I had for the French dip was actually better than the normal roll it comes on. It was packed with meat and it stayed together and filled me up. Again thanks! Keep up the great work! I’m sorry you guys are short handed everyone seems to be still.

Arby's has always had decent food, never to outrageous kinda under the radar for a fast food restaurant. I have never gotten anything greasy at Arby's hamburger meat, and certain 🧀 I don't think you can avoid grease. That's why certain fast food places will probably never be able to avoid greasy items. It looks like they added that, hopefully, this will add to their customer base. I shouldn't talk. I had cheese fries.✖

I knowing it was getting late, at night, and glad to see they were still open, my mother as passed away, and didn't feel like cooking dinner. Always getting a Beef & cheddar! Yeah it might be a mess eating it.! But it's going to be so damn good!

I have to brag on this Arby's! Probably the best Arby's I have ever been to. My food was really hot & fresh! Customer service was excellent & the manager even came out o speak with us! The place was nice & clean as well as the restrooms! Great job guys! Stopped while travelling through the area.

Service was fast and delicious. The employees were laid back and extremely nice.

They use to just be average, not sure if under new management but customer service has really been amazing

I’m not really a huge fan of arbys but I thought I’d leave a review. We went a couple of days ago and though the food was the same as usual, the people working the window were super kind! My mom is deaf in one ear and needed stuff repeated and they had no issue helping her out.

Food was great and customer service was astounding!! Didn't get the name of the lady behind the counter, wished I did, because she not only greeted us coming in, but she also made it a point to wish us a great rest of our day which means alot👍🏻😁

Solid food choices for those who really enjoy meat and related deli-like choices. The current additions of the Smokehouse Sandwich is a nice refresh with a twist of their classic Arby's Roast Beef. It would be interesting to see a refresh of the Beef'n Cheddar

The staff was nice and took the order promptly.

Be aware that the fountain drinks are limited to Drive Thru Service or asking a staff member to refill your cup.

I'd like to just say, "This is by far the best Arby's I've ever been too." I'm always greeted with a smile that I can hear behind the speaker as I order my meal. The food is always fresh and hot and the Big Fish is out of this world good. I'd just like to let you know how thankful I am to find such service in Morehead City, NC. Thanks

This location is great. The staff was nice to me. The cashier I dealt with was a really nice woman. Love the food here.

I love their market fresh turkey ranch sandwich. My husband always orders the Reuben sandwich. The restaurant is always clean & the employees are wonderful. The food is delicious.

We went through drive thru and Laura took our order. She was very friendly and polite. We ordered the brisket sandwich and it was delicious! Service was amazing and quick!

I really like Arbys roast beef sandwich and recommend you eat there. I was disappointed because they no longer have those great onion rings 😥.. The service was extremely slow and sandwiches were smashed not very pleased with that. They may need adult supervision.

The food and staff are excellent!! I tried the turkey wrap and loved it!! This location needs a major remodel on the inside.
