My husband and I recently discovered Momentum and have taken Yoga Tone with Kristin several times. It's a great class that incorporates breath work, yoga, and strength! Kristin is genuine, friendly, energetic, and calming all at the same time. The hour of Yoga Tone flies by and we feel so much better afterwards! We're excited to try other classes in the future, too. This is a well-run, welcoming studio... check it out and you will not be disappointed!

I absolutely love this yoga studio. I came to this studio with minimal yoga experience and every single teacher has met me where I am on my yoga journey, offering guidance and modifications to the different poses. I am grateful for this space and all the instructors in it 🙏🧘🏼‍♀

My husband and I have been a members of this studio going on six years. Every instructor is different and there is an instructor for everyone of every level. We attend four or five times a week and the price structure makes it affordable. If you are looking for a yoga home, this is it. They offer other classes and services but we attend for the yoga.

If you are looking for a new yoga home or are just vacationing and need a temporary space you'll find it at Momentum. Getting on my mat in the softly lit room brings that sense of peace and safety I am always looking for. I prefer gentle classes so I usually take the midday class and it is perfect for all levels

I happened upon Momentum studio while I was visiting the area and I took Cheryl's gentle class. It was just what I needed. Cheryl had such a welcoming, calm, and grounding presence and led an informed, safe yoga class.

This is such an awesome yoga studio! They have such a variety of classes and very qualified teachers. The owner always greets you at the door with a smile. This is my happy place.
