We have been SO pleased at Dr. Sanborn’s office. The staff and atmosphere are incredible. They are so knowledgeable and excellent at making the children/adults feel comfortable. They def deserve a huge pat on the back. You would certainly not be disappointed choosing them for your orthodontic needs.

Working with Sanborn & team has been a great experience- from the initial visit to discuss the possibilities of treatments to the visit to get the treatment done! They are professional & a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!

Felt welcoming as soon as we got out of the car before we even entered the building. Elizabeth at the front desk greeted us with a smile. We was taken right back and they gave my little guy red carpet treatment. The whole staff is super friendly and are about their patients. So glad I brought my son here.

We’re visiting from out of town and were in need of some rubber bands for my daughter. I just waltzed in on 7/6 (while they were technically closed) and asked the receptionist (can’t remember her name, but just the sweetest!) if we could have some. No hesitation, asked for what size we needed and then we were on our way. That’s some amazing customer service and tells me they’d be an amazing ortho to go with for your braces needs! :)

My son and daughter are patients of Dr Sanborn and everytime we go in, everyone is so pleasant. I actually enjoy my kid's appointments. The atmosphere is beautiful and very relaxing. My kids always enjoy their appointments and have absolutely no fear or anxiety at all. Dr Sanborn is very friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Can't say enough good things about everyone here.

We were at Emerald Isle on vacation and my daughter lost one of her teeth that had a bracket attached to it. We called the office and talked to Peyton, who was very helpful and friendly. Got us in the same day. The staff was amazing and extremely friendly. So thankful we found such a wonderful place that could help us in our emergency situation.

We drove all the way from Cleveland Ohio just to go to Sanborn Orthodontics! We had an orthodontic emergency while vacationing in Atlantic Beach. They were so accommodating to fit us in and fix my sons braces. The office is amazingly beautiful. The staff is even more beautiful, so friendly and welcoming. They offered us cookies and were so interested in chatting with us. If we lived in the area, we’d definitely make Sanborn Orthodontics our orthodontist!

Everyone at Sanborn went above and beyond to accommodate us on our summer vacation in North Carolina. My daughter is in treatment many states away, so when she had a loose bracket, we were in a bind. Sanborn got us in quickly and resolved the problem. The team was so friendly and delightful - we really appreciate it! Highly recommend!

We were very impressed with Sanborn Orthodontics. The office and staff were very professional and made our son feel at home right away. We were there for a initial consult and we needed an impression for our son's speech device. Dr. Sanborn was awesome and our son was at ease the entire appointment. He explained well what our next steps were and when we needed to get braces started. Then came the kindest gesture we have seen at a doctors office, we went to pick up his mold for his speech device and when I attempted to pay the bill I was told Dr Sanborn waived the cost due to we had to pay for the other parts of the device. This type of kindness I have not seen at a business in a while. Thanks again and we'll see you in a few years for his braces!

Best ortho around great with kids. They have activities to put the kids at ease and keep them occupied even video screens to watch movies while in the chair being examined

We were in town on vacation and my son’s wire came out of his braces. Sanborn Orthodontics saw him immediately and repaired his wire. They were so kind and understanding. The office was impressive and the staff extremely friendly! Our sincerest thanks for their kindness!

Dr. Sanborn & his staff are absolutely amazing! From the smiles you see when you first walk in to the ones you see in the clinic all the way out the door! Dr. Sanborn cares about each & every patient in his own special way! He doesn't just care about what your smile will look like in the end but he genuinely cares about YOU. It is absolutely heartwarming! I can't thank him & his staff enough for making us feel welcome, making us laugh & taking care of my daughter at each & every visit! My daughter loves her new smile & the Sanborn crew!!

Dr. Sanborn and his staff are great! I went to a consult prior to this office and although it was nice it doesn't compare to the atmosphere at Sanborn. I instantly felt as if I had been visiting this office since a child. Everyone was very welcoming and explained my current visit in such detail that I didn't have questions to ask. I would refer everyone I can to Sanborn orthodontics. They're interests aren't money but the success of your treatment and patient satisfaction.

Sanborn Orthodontics offers more then the average orthodontist, they have the friendliest staff around along with one of the Crystal coast's best orthodontist. Their staff always ask how you have been doing and are great people to talk to. The staff will always make sure your appointments will work around your schedule. Their braces do not hurt that bad which makes the experience much better. I 100% recomend this to anyone who needs braces to go to Sanborn.

Since we are a military family, we have now had three orthodontists. Dr. Sanborn and his office are hands-down the best. As a parent, I always leave their office feeling heard and like a partner in my kids' treatment. Sanborn Orthodontics treats kids and parents with attention and respect, and they are always extremely cheerful and helpful. We now live in Japan and I miss Dr. Sanborn and his staff every time we visit the orthodontist here! They are now my benchmark for quality care.

Sanborn Orthodontics is superb on every level! In addition to the warmth and expertise brought by Dr. Sanborn, everyone there is always upbeat and a pleasure to encounter. My son has received the best oral care, but he has also greatly benefited from knowing that the staff genuinely cares for him and are his greatest advocates and cheerleaders throughout the entire process. Hands down an awesome experience. I was more nervous about my 13 year old getting braces than he was. They calmed me and of course took great care of us from start to finish. The staff made the whole experience very comfortable. From the way we were greeted by the wonderful Andrea, to the awesome staff in the room, it was just very good. All the staff had very positive attitudes. Wouldn't pick any other orthodontist.
