Smart Start Ignition Interlock

Had a device in my car for 3 years, and Mike at the Morehead/Jacksonville locations made the process about as easy as it could have been. He was helpful in every single aspect and was willing to work with me whenever an issue came up. Sure, it sucked needing a breathalyzer in my car, but Mike and the Smart Start crew made it suck as little as necessary. If you end up in the unfortunate position of needing blow device, know that you'll be in good hands with them.

Installation process was easy and installed was top notch

This company has one technician available to serve the growing populations of Morehead City and Jacksonville, North Carolina. This is completely unacceptable. The wait time was an all day event for the installation and the technician was not knowledgable on my vehicles installation procedures. He had to keep stopping the installation process to calibrate vehicles with no appointment who got served and released while I waited. This is absolutely rediculous and unprofessional that there is only one technician to help all of their clients and who has not been properly trained for all installations.
