Super friendly and helpful! Responsive to all forms of communication… My specific product was on back order. After initially wanting to cancel (which the staff was happy to do for me) I decided to hang in.. Soon as it came off back order( about 3 weeks, due to manufacturer) they sent me an email to let me know the status.. And it’s on the way.. Plus having the ability to spread the payments out with Affirm..Super Happy with this company!

Seller respond fast to customers. They let me know my part was on back order within the first few hous of ordering. I also was given the opportunity to cancel but the seller is showing great integrity. Can not wait for the part to complete my project.

My latest purchase was the Penn Steel Rebellion mufflers and gotta say I love them. True rich Harley-Davidson sound that is loud enough to satisfy your ears without sounding just obnoxiously loud or unclear.

Ordered the last Freedom Performance Union 2 into 1 exhaust in the country… Frank made sure it was actually in stock and had it sent to the store that day. Once it arrived they shipped it out same day via USPS Ground Advantage and it arrived in less than a week from North Carolina to Hawaii!!! There was an issue with USPS delivering and Mike the owner got involved and double checked the tracking and the package was in my hands the next day! Both Frank and Mike were in constant contact with me from beginning to end and provided customer service like you don’t see anymore. The exhaust is marvelous and being a 5 stage tuned exhaust, made my old Softail run much better and it looks great too. Thanks a million to West End Motorsports for saving the day and going the extra mile to help a first time customer. Highly recommend them for your motorsports needs, and I definitely will order more from them in the future.

These folks are spot on every time! They are experts in just about everything dealing with motorcycles from front to back! The staff is very courteous and go out of their way to make sure every thing has been addressed and taken care of! I’m on my 8th Harley and use West End for all my needs!
Update; This is th new TBR exhaust purchased from West End! They got it to me ASAP and kept me informed every step of the way!

I have had an amazing experience getting custom bags and fender for my motorcycle. A part came to me damaged and they responded quicker than I would have expected and have the replacement part on the way.

After leaving a frustrated email regarding a delayed order yesterday, because I could not get anyone on the phone. I found out they were closed yesterday. I called and spoke with someone at WEM this morning, who very quickly explained what I needed to do. After realizing WEM had emailed me several times, I found them in my junk folder. The form to complete had been sent to me several times over the last month. WEM rep. apologized for the delay and got back to me as soon as the form was received. All is well!

Thanks for at least trying to get my attention. I look forward to my new part and future upgrades for my bike, down the road some. Thanks..

I ordered the 4.5 zombie tabs chrome finish When I placed the order, I did not realize. It picked the black set with Chrome tips.. But the crew at West End motorsports message me and ask me if that was correct or not. Then they shipped them out once I got ahold of them on Monday 07/24 then I received them yesterday 07/26 . I absolutely love the sound and want to give a big. Thank you to the crew at West End motorsports.....
