Harold is very friendly, responsive, and Reasonable!! Work was done quick( roofed the whole house by himself in a little over a day) and with pride and quality. Very professional and keeps In communication which to me shows his character! I would recommend him to anyone in need of roofing be it a whole roof or just repair!

I was told by another company that I needed a new roof. My neighbor recommended In and Out roofing and Harold came out the same day I contacted him. He told me that I really don’t need a new roof, just some repairs, some Gable trim that was never put on and a good cleaning. All this for a lot less than a new roof! I appreciated his honesty and hired him. He did a great job and my roof looks brand new! He also went above and beyond and painted some stains on my ceiling and trimmed my trees back that were hanging over my roof. I would highly recommend this company!

I was recommended by a long time friend and Mr. Jones responded asap. We got our quote with a few others and he was way more reasonable. He was very thorough and explained all the details we had questions about. We hired him and he had the job done in 2 days (by himself) and barely left a trace behind. Harold Jones was professional. Great at keeping me informed as to what was going on at every step. Showed up worked hard as scheduled and cleaned everything up before he left. He finished this job in one day by himself. By far had the best rate out there. Can’t say enough good. Would highly recommend him.

I cannot say enough about In & Out Roofing. I took several bids for my roof replacement, and I selected Harold, not only because he was the most economical bid, but because he lives right around the corner from me. He has his own roof to use as a sample of his work, and I was impressed with what I saw there. He is extremely professional and communicates very quickly.
He did a fantastic job on my roof, and my skylights!!... But here is the clincher... A couple days after he finished my roof, it was POURING down rain, and I heard some dripping on our inner wall behind our fireplace. I was on my way out of town, so I couldn't hang around. I knew it had to be something with the chimney, so I texted Harold. Now keep in mind, it is POURING down rain...
I received a text immediately that said, "I GOT THIS!". A half hour later, I received another text that said, he had found a hole in the chimney with some old caulk that had to be torn out and repaired, which he had done. IMMEDIATELY, IN THE POURING RAIN!! Folks, you can't find customer service like that ANYWHERE these days. Save yourself a lot of time and money and call Harold at In & Out roofing first. Don't waste your time calling anyone else, because they will all be higher than Harold, and I checked the others, and they were using the exact same shingles and skylights that Harold had bid.

Had a tree branch fall and stick in my roof. Called Harold and left him a message, he called me back and made arrangements to come to my house the next morning at 7:00 AM. He got on the roof, assessed the damage, gave me a price to make repairs, left to buy materials, came back and repaired the hole, replaced shingles in the rain and was done before 11:00 AM. Did great work, I would not hesitate to call him for jobs in the future.

Mr. Jones was recommended by a friend. We are extremely happy that we went with him for the job. We had a tree limb fall on the roof a while back and it started leaking. Mr. Jones not only fixed our leak, he also put a metal roof on and fixed the gutters. He was very reasonably priced so much so, we had him install our new laminate flooring throughout the house. He was on time everyday and finished in a timely manner, we would definitely recommend him for the job. No doubt about it.

Harold Jones put a metal roof on my house. He kept me informed every step of the way. Very pleased with the results. Everything was completed as agreed and on schedule.

I got Harold Jones name from a local metal roofing materials business. He was quick to quote and won the business. This metal roof installation was on singlewide mobile home with an existing shingle roof. He worked alone and completed the job in one day. We chose the polar white color to make sure the sun reflected off the roof the most, compared to other colors. The interior temp difference on sunny days is definitely noticeable and will save on energy bills during the hot months. Harold is very knowledgeable and did excellent work. I would hire him again.

I have the had two different homes reroofed in the past with bad experiences. For our latest roof, however, Harold Jones from In-N-Out Roofer, did a fabulous job. He was prompt every day, arranged for a container box and they also had a porta potty brought in. Harold is both professional and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend him!

He kept us updated on his progress as he was working, and took pictures to show us his progress. He works mostly by himself, and cleans up well when finished.
