We live out of State and Timothy is our eyes and ears when it comes to our property. He has managed the house for over two years and has found good renters, works with reliable contractors for maintenance and repairs, and just today, on a Saturday morning he personally is helping us with a insurance claim after a tree branch fell on the house. We could not be any happier and highly recommend Cottage Keepers.
