Zaucer Pizza

This was such a great find and we will definitely be coming back to try a lot more than just the pizza! The owners were both wonderfully helpful and accommodating. you can definitely tell this is a place they have poured their heart and soul into. I really liked the crust to their pizza in particular. Atmosphere was awesome! Great theme, a few arcade games, very clean, family friendly ect. All very reasonably priced.

This is a tough review to write, because the food is not bad, and the concept is pretty cool. The pizza is definitely in the style of cafeteria food pizza (very Americana), but it's probably the best version of that style of pizza you could find. My only gripe on the food itself is that the dough could be a bit more flavorful, but that's about it.

However, this place has the absolute slowest service imaginable. I've only ever seen two people working here (maybe the couple of owners?) and they desperately need a third employee. You can't order ahead of time, and expect to wait 30-40 minutes after any order.

Related, but their weekday hours are terrible. By closing at 7pm, you're basically ensuring that few will make it, so everyone comes on the weekends, and then they're totally overloaded.

I ordered a dessert as we were finishing our food, and 35 minutes later I just had to tell them to cancel it, because it was never coming. Unfortunately, no refund because you pay when putting in the order. That's poor service no matter how you cut it.

Really great interior and pizza as well as nice owner. This place seems to have lots of to-go and deliveries, so you might need to wait some time.
What I loved about here is their kids menu is not too salty and still tastes very good.
I came here twice once on Friday on July and once on August while I am visiting in town. If you are looking for any good restaurants in Redmond, I highly recommend this place!

Outstanding solid pizza with perfect crust and overall texture, ambience is homely and staff are friendly. You'll definitely want to come back here again and again.

Damn good pizza. I’m half way in a slice and wow. Plus the prices are GREAT. Fresh crispy toppings and flavorful dough in a totally rad and out of this world space! Check out the arcade games down the hall and say hi to couple that runs the place!

Great personal pizzas at reasonable prices. The owners are wonderful people too. Love the sci-fi decor inside, I always get a chuckle out of the creative pizza names (sun spots, crop circles and area 51 are my favorites). You can also customize the pizza’s spice level, which isn’t something I’ve seen at other pizza joints. Online ordering and pickup is a breeze as well.

Great ambience, tasty food, and amazing customer service! Food can be ordered via digital kiosk [note: many vegetarian & customizable options]. My husband & I tried well baked pizzas with level-3 spice. Everything was perfectly made-to-order. Both pizzas (8'' & 10'') were loaded with veggies. We were pleasantly surprised by the kind owners who brought our hot order right at the table (they didn't have to!). Both owners were very polite & thoughtful; they set the right expectations with each visitor about the wait times before orders were placed.

Excellent pizza and a quite unique experience in a space-themed restaurant. Multiple vegetarian options as well as great range of 8 and 10in personal pizzas. Service minded staffing but not the super quickest. Still a great experience and would definitely recommend.

With its clever pizza names and sci-fi decor, Zaucer is always a treat. We love Zaucer (which we still call Flying Saucer on occasion). My family has been eating here regularly for at least six years. Gayle and Aaron, the owners, have been friendly, kind, and attentive to details every single time we have been there. They never fail to greet us by name and always ask after the kids. The pizza is delicious, our favorite pizza restaurant in Redmond. We are especially partial to the Spudnik and Black Hole pizzas. 😊 Their UDO dessert is not to be missed and a very reasonable price for such a delectable dessert! Gayle and Aaron are extremely accommodating to requests and try very hard to ensure that you have a wonderful experience. My children have also enjoyed the addition of the free, retro-style video games in the back. Come to Zaucers for amazing eats, kitschy decor, and wonderful staff!

One of the best pizzerias I've been to. Food was excellent: Perfect bake on their pies, vegetarian and vegan options including a good vegan cheese. Prices were reasonable and I really enjoyed the ambiance. They have free arcade games that are a ton of fun.

10/10, definitely returning soon.

I love how you can order your food and drinks without stopping the staff and the customization on the ordering system is easy to use. The owner give great attention to the ingredients, home-made sauces and the options while you self-order, for example, double sauce, low sauces, mixing different types of sauces like Alfredo, Ranch, & Tomato-based sauces, just to name one option. You have to try the Cherry & Cirtus Beers. Amazing. You can customize your crust and cheeses too. The photos do the taste no justice. The Si-Fi decor is perfect for all true novelist. They are working on new props all the time. We will be back & hope to order a t-shirt from their website when the item comes back into stock. We love the logo. Txs for a great meal! We will be back

We absolutely loved this place. My son took us here when we came to pick him up from school and said it was one of his favorite pizza joints.

The staff was super friendly and nice. It was busy but worth the wait. Amazing pizza options! Great beer and cider tap list, amazing decor and atmosphere and even good desserts!

Im not sure whats not to love about it. Completely setup for to go or order ahead and pickup as well as dine-in. Its not a big space but its a fascinating one with great decor.

You can also make any pizza 1-4 stars spicy if you want, they mix a hot sauce into the pizza. Amazing when you do that with the Thai Fighter pizza.

Tasty, high quality personal pizzas tucked away on willows. Perfect takeout lunch option! Online order pickup was a breeze, and the price is very reasonable for the portion.

The chickenator pizza I ordered was super tasty, and the addition of curly fries blew my mind and made me wonder why fries on pizza isn't a more normal thing.

Went here 17 years ago when they first opened. Now coming back again after moving away and moving back to Seattle area. The pizza is even better than before! Great pizza, great micro brew selection, free retro arcade games and movies. What more can you ask for?!

Loved the decor and atmosphere. Reminds me of a pizza place I grew up near. 80's New Wave music playing, just needed an Asteroids machine in the corner to complete the ambiance. Wow, just after I wrote this I looked down the small hallway and they have 3 FREE-TO-PLAY classic video cabinets including Asteroids, Centipede, and Pac-Man!

They offered several samples of beer before I made my selection.

I had the Ming the Merciless 10" pizza which was very good.

One of the better pizza restaurants in Redmond with many creative combinations and interesting flavours. The spicy Ming the Merciless and the sweet and spicy Thai Fighter are two of my favorites. What's less known is that this place offers more fresh beer on tap than most pubs in Redmond. A comprehensive selection of beers from DiamondKnot and PostDoc to name a few of my favorite breweries.

Zaucer has been one of my favorite places to get pizza for years now. They’re always so friendly and welcoming & the food is fantastic. Love the vegan options and customer service, I made an order and they ran out of the vegan cheese so they went out of their way to go pick up more ingredients for me, and gave me a free soda while I waited! They are fantastic people with superb pizzas, and I love their calzones too. I would give more stars if I could, love ya!!
