As everyone else has said, I am very impressed by the service here! The pharmacist was willing to talk through everything with me and help me understand the medication and find the best cost effective plan. He was very friendly and patient. I've never had such a positive experience with a pharmacist before!

I know this is redundant, but I was super impressed with the service I received from Danny D. He had phoned me to make sure that the scrip was written as I understood it was supposed to be. When I picked up the med he had me read the instructions to, once again, be certain that everything had been done properly. Apparently, the directions may not have been written as clearly as they could have been. He also passed on more very useful information for my Covid brain fog that he had read elsewhere, and suggested another medicine for me to consider.

He spent over an hour on the phone with my insurance company to try and get my prescriptions covered. Danny is hands down one of my favorite professionals in Seattle. I found him through my naturopath, Dr. Elissa Mullen, and had no expectations. He really went above and beyond to make sure I got my medication quickly and even checked in to make sure all was going okay. Danny treats you like family and he will take care of you. And I don't say that lightly. He truly cares about his customers. I am so happy we found him and though we've moved out of state, I will find a way to keep going to Prime Pharmacy because of Danny.

Danny helped me recover my hair after hair loss, designed specific formulas that met my migraine needs, researched and found specific formulas that met my vegan needs, and researched and found the best supplements that met the areas found lacking on my husband's lab tests. I strongly recommend this compounding pharmacy and pharmacist Danny. He formulated a solution to help my dramatic hair loss on my crown and hairline. My hair loss stopped, and my hair is growing back thicker than before. It is important to start treatment asap before the follicles shrink irreparably. I trust him to make my hormone creams that have been working better than 3 other compounding pharmacies I have tried. Ladies don't be afraid to try hormone creams. My health and well being has greatly improved. I've been an RN in organ transplant for 21 years and have very high standards for the medical field.
