Colby's Cafe & Brew

Such a simple yet creative menu.. the pastry case is always full of beautiful handmade pastries and you can taste the love stirred into every drink! Love this place!

Updated again from 4 to 5stars (2024): while we have had issues with bathroom cleanliness, this place is awesome. Food is great. Service is great. Coffee is good and so is the atmosphere. We continually come back when we are in town.

Updated to 4 from 5 (2023): After leaving my review, I found that the bathroom was not clean and partially plugged.

Pleasantly surprised. Good coffee. Great food. The mushroom Swiss burger and the fancy egg sandwich were awesome. Great flavor. Baked treats looked good. Plenty of seating. Outlets by many of the booths for working remote. The fries are great but unfortunate they are an additional $3. That was the only down side.
Also, they have gluten free options

I have only gone through drive through, so no idea of the atmosphere... the espresso drinks are fabulous! This was the first visit ordering food, I got the Fancy Egg Sandwich. Very good! Just a thought: if they want it to be truly "fancy" 😊 toast the bun. It would make a world of difference. I look forward to getting a coffee here when in Whitehall.

I am so happy this place exists. There are not many places in our area that provides fresh healthy food. And the coffee is great!! Your food is amazing. My favorite is the vegetarian hummus wrap. My husband surprised me with this after a stay in the hospital and it was just what body needed

This is place is wonderful. The service is quick, and the people there are so nice. It’s a very chill atmosphere, which is lovely. The food is also very affordable and delicious. My friends and I go there to hang out and always have a good time. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a good cafe in Whitehall.

Enjoyed a great breakfast here with my husband and friends. All four of us had a great experience with staff, fast service and good food. Very recommended!

Food, Coffee, Pastry, Baked goods, and awesome merch, what more could you ask for in 1 place? Located in Whitehall, there is always plenty of parking for a quick grab-and-go or a sit-down meal with friends. Come alone or meet up with old friends, Colby Cafe is a Must Stop!

Food is excellent! Staff is very friendly. We love their weekly specials. Salads are fresh and delicious.

I absolutely love coffee, especially anything vanilla bean. Chose this place because I don't really like bigby. I think this might be literally the best coffee I've ever had. As soon as that first sip hit my lips I was bombarded with this delicious flavor. It sucks that we're from battle creek because we won't be able to come back unless we decide to visit this town again, but I highly recommend this place! People are also extremely nice and chill!

What a great addition to Whitehall! Great muffins, great coffee! Drive up window makes quick stops fast and easy, but with a beautiful and modern interior it's hard to pass up a cozy booth. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. This will be a regular stop for us!

Great food, fabulous employee's, and my favorite place to get my frozen Chai! I really enjoy their scones and the Colby Club with homemade chips is awesome!

This place serves up breakfast: Breakfast Burrito, Pastries, Coffee, Espresso drinks, frozen sodas(like a shake), and Lunch: Paninis, Burgers, Fries, Soups/Chili all day long. My personal favorites are the breakfast burrito, reuben, chicken bacon panini, espresso and frozen Italian sodas. It is super cute in here and I highly recommend coming here for breakfast, lunch or dinner... Or even just a coffee, espresso, or Italian soda. Also, they have a drive thru if you're just looking to snag a drink! Great addition to the white lake area!

Absolutely ADDICTED to the Reuben (& I don't even like kraut!) & will NEVER buy a Frozen Caramel (McDonald's Frappucino 🤕) from anywhere else again! We will see y'all again soon 🥰

First time here with a couple friends and everything was good. The 3311 Burrito taste good. The coffee drinks are well made. The service was quick and prices were fair. Planning on going back in the future

Excellent menu, large baked goods choice every day, Coke products (yay!), friendly staff and an awesome reward program through Toast. The Veggie Bagel is delicious!

The chicken salad sandwich was really good. The sweets are also really good..A must try if your in town..

Very friendly staff great food and large portions. Nice environment plenty of lights and seating. Very clean and nice. I had the meat lovers bowl and my cousin had the veggie bowl both were very good. While I was eating everything I saw delivered to other customers look very tasty and good size portions. Will be going back often. They also have muffins, cookies and other items.

This was our first visit. We were on our way home from a trip and needed a place to stop for breakfast.. We had espresso drinks. I had a breakfast wrap and my husband had a pastry. My breakfast wrap was made fresh and came out warm. My husband reported his lemon bar was good. Our Cappuccinos were very good and beautifully presented. Everything was served on very nice dishes. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend Colby's.
