I’ve enjoyed doing business w/ Keith Hawthorne Hyundai. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from them. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair. The buying process was easy. I purchased the 2024 Hyundai Sonata N Line. I left w/ a great deal on the car I wanted. My salesman Mett was awesome. I will definitely be back.

My husband passed in 2022. After a long illness; I had a Handicap van which I returned and sold back to the dealership where we got it .The same day I was looking for a car that would be dependable and the size I needed since I have grandchildren. I went to several dealerships and ended up at Keith Hawthorne, Hyundai of Gastonia. A young man named Ryan helped me, and I really liked his approach and his Personality. I found a Nissan rogue it was a 2021 and had everything I needed. After negotiations I was very happy with my purchase.
Since my purchase, I have had the Keith Hawthorne, Hyundai of Gastonia service my car. A young man by the name of Aaron helped me and was so knowledgeable and was so helpful. Just bought an elentra N 2023 from KH Hyundai. This is the first car I bought from here. I am very satisfied with their service. I emailed to ask OTD price of this beautiful car in the morning. My experience with Keith Hawthorne Hyundai of Gastonia was phenomenal! It was very pleasant and the entire process was fast and seamless. My saleswoman was Christian Simmons and she was very professional, patient and very attentive to my needs and desires in what I wanted in my new vehicle. When I pulled back up to the dealership after test driving a brand new car, the finance manager told me I had been approved for that brand new car. I went there thinking I would be purchasing a used car, but they helped to upgrade and got me approved quickly and at a good rate. They exceeded my expectations! The drive from North Charlotte to Gastonia was well worth it!!!

No back and forth needed. I knew what I wanted and they had my exact car in transit. Made the deal on Sunday, they let me drive a black version of the car I wanted home and had my actual car Wednesday.
I appreciate not having to haggle and willingness to discuss pricing without having to come into dealership. There are many that I was willing to drive 2 plus hours but ended up only having to drive about an hour to get what I wanted.

Ryan he is the very best. I went in for service one day and went up to the showroom, we started talking I ask him if they ever got any Genesis? He said no but give me your phone number and I will call you if we do. Well about 3 weeks later they got one (not my color) the snout 2 weeks later they got another he called and I was elated!!! Such a great experience trading out our 2022 tuscon for a 2023. Met was so patient and worked with us eventhough I am incredibly particular and sometimes hard to work with lol. I absolutely LOVE my 2023 Tuscon and I will absolutely be coming back to buy an Elantra next year! Started my journey for a new vehicle with no plan on actually driving out of there with one.
