I had a really great experience here. They communicated throughout fixing my truck to keep me informed on the problem and price. They ordered the parts and fixed the issue very quick and were easy to deal with. The price was very fair and everyone was knowledgable and friendly. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience ! I would Recommend Wicked wrench to anyone. The work on my was done in a timely fashion and the Price was well within my budget and no extra surprise cost.

Daniel is amazing at Wicked Wrench. They always get me in and out for oil changes and my other issues are taken care of in a timely manner. They always go above and beyond for me.

My water pump went out 300 miles from home but Daniel and his expert mechanic Buck picked us up and stayed late to repair my pickup and got us home safe for a very reasonable price. Others might have taken advantage but these are good folks. Can't recommend enough!

Very nice and friendly people, 100% professionals. When I got in trouble with my brother in law on his F150(water pump died) we stopped somewhere in NC trying to figure out what to do to come back home the same day, cuz my brother in law did not have his medicine on him and he is a disabled veteran. Long story short, Daniel, the shop owner came himself on his shiny Kenworth tow truck, towed us to the shop, ge purchased all the parts and his mechanic guy did real good job, staying after working hours and they didn't overcharge us at all. Thank you guys, you are real Lifesavers and great Americans! 10 stars are yours and thank you very much!

These ppl are awesome even tho much truck is too much for them or beyond repairing atm (lack of on our part) they knew we had issues at the time, worked with us and didn't charge for storage n etc. Great ppl, give em a call.

When you read their ad When they say they treat you like family, they truly do. I recently moved into town and needed several repairs done to my truck. I took it to them, and they took care of everything perfectly. They even gave me a lift home, and picked me up when it was done. NOBODY does that anymore... but they did. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else but to them for as long as I live in the area. And even then I would go out of my way to have them take care of us!

I had an excellent experience at Wicked Wrench and would certainly recommend them to anyone. I cannot say enough about this team. While out of state my engine ceased and I was stuck on the side of the road. After I called my insurance, I was towed to one auto shop that wouldn’t even look at my car because it was Friday and they were closing in 40mins.

When that shop gave me “the bring it back Monday” speech, Raymond from Wicked Wrench helped me navigate back to their auto shop where the mechanics went above and BEYOND to obtain the correct auto parts to get my car fixed.
My car is German and requires specific parts so this was a tall order. I was back on the road in less than 24 hours 😲

Brought my car in to the shop with a few issues after striking some unavoidable road damage. After a lengthy diagnostic the crew at the shop helped repair and bring my car back into optimum driving shape. With over a 150,000 miles now on the odometer more maintenance issues are on the horizon and I will be back.

Absolutely love this place and everyone there they are just so awesome this is definitely my go to place for all my mechanical needs if you want it fixed right then wicked wrench is definitely the place to go. Forget the 5 star process if I could I'd be rating them 10 Stars!

When I was told by other mechanics that it would cost me over $13,000 to get my car fixed, my heart hit the ground. Pulled into their shop. Told them what was going on. They took the time out of your day to look at my vehicle as I sat there with my heart on the floor anxiety running through the roof. Less than an hour later, they came back to me and said it was just a fuse good honest people don’t come around that often anymore. They are all amazing they’re honest and trustworthy. Thank you guys so much for helping me!!!
