Charles is a good man known him all my life hes a good honest man has decent tires defiantly would not hook you up with something that would blow out within a week or two always trys to hook his customers up with the best tire possible! And hes not really that expensive either! But then again who would seriously wanna pay over 35 and for a used tire not knowing if its really good or not thats why i saying trust charles hes got really good used tires cheap!
