Twisted Sugar

The woman working (possibly one of the owners?) was absolutely wonderful! I tried one of the cheerwine drinks - had strawberry coconut and cream and WOW so delightful! Definitely sweet but you know what you’re signing up for so not sure why people are b*thing about the sugar. The cookies were wonderful as well! Cakey, lots of frosting, fresh tasting. 10/10. Super happy I stumbled into this place! If I lived closer I’d be here regularly!

First visit while out enjoying Festival of Trees. Very sweet and helpful ladies helped us make choices and answer our questions. I had the Dr. Kinevel with Dr. Pepper, which has strawberry puree, vanilla, coconut and cream, reminded me of Dr. Pepper Cream Soda. My son had the Christmas cookie and cousin tried the Chocolate Chip. Both say they enjoyed it. So many options and flavors to try, we'll have to go back!

I can't believe I just found this cookie gem. The cookies are similar to crumbl in size, taste & price. I would rather go here bc it is a small business and I like to support small businesses. I had a lemonade with peach flavor, & 1 lemon cookie, and 1 key lime cookie. Everything was yummy! I will return to try more flavors.

I came across Twisted Sugar on Googles Maps looking for something to do in the area. When I seen they had cookies, I knew I had to give them a try because my husband loves cookies. The cookies was soft and baked perfectly.

We ordered 6 different cookies.
1st row - Birthday Cake Cookie (anniversary), Banana Cream, and Chocolate Chop
2nd row - Cinnamon Crunch, Spinkles Sugar, and Crinkle

Really creative variety of cookies - great flavor (my Fabius lemon of course!) - but SWEET!!!! Very sweet, huge size, great texture - the fiancé was in Heaven (he has a huge sweet tooth). Definitely need a big glass of almond milk or while milk lol! Great staff and they are making donations to childhood cancer too!! We will be back!!

Their cookies are amazing!!! Wow!!! Fantastic! Try the chocolate chip cookies! You will not be disappointed! Their frozen drinks are great too! Definitely worth the trip!

Unique spot for a sweet treat! The cookies are rich, so one is definitely enough to share if you're just wanting to satisfy a craving. They're nicely presented in a box, so I can imagine these make great gifts.

The flavored sodas are interesting too, especially if you have a sweet tooth!

They take pride in their cookies and the whole store and it shows! The staff is super attentive, my friend asked a question about one of the cookies and the lady took her sweet time to explain each flavor! I could see her joy explaining each one and helping us. The cookies not only looked so cute and fancy but they taste so good! Some a bit too sweet for me but you can always share a cookie!

This is a very cute cookie shop in the heart of downtown Belmont, NC. They have a small variety of cookies and flavored drinks. They offer catering services and if you're just wanting to purchase a single cookie, you can. I do recommend getting the multiple cookies deal as you save money. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

If you're looking for a sweet treat this is the place for you!

Oh my goodness!!! The BEST chocolate chip cookies ever!!!!! And the most amazing drinks! I got the “Da Bomb” drink but put with sundrop instead of Sprite- SO amazing!!!This totally beats Crumbl! The best part is supporting the friendly owners! The gentleman was there 11 am on a Saturday & was extremely friendly! I love giving my money to good people!

Wonderful place for a sweet treat!! Every cookie I’ve tried from Belmont and Lincolnton has been amazing. The drinks are so different and yummy as well. Been a patron of both shops for some time now. And both locations have lovely, helpful staff. Crumbl is good, this is similar…but a definite improvement on taste/homemade quality. Much rather stop here than Crumbl, because Twisted Sugar has the better cookie under all the icing! LOL!! If you are in either town, stop by. You won’t be disappointed.

Incredible !! The cookies are beyond amazing, the amount of flavors offered are incredible, the staff is super friendly, and the prices are perfect. Will be coming back many times!

We love Twisted Sugar in Belmont! The owners are wonderful! Their relationships with customers are everything. They take pride in their cookies and customer service. I highly recommend visiting this store if you are a local, or passing through.

This place was AMAZING!! My wife and I both agree it was better than any of the other cookie places!!!!

Tried twisted sugar today for the first time..we aren't even finished with our cookies and I can't wait to go back! Literally the best cookies I've ever had. We got a 16oz soda and 24oz soda (both were delicious but recommend the "my foolish heart") and 8 cookies. Our total was $32. The cookies are appropriately priced for their size. We cut them in 4 and each piece was still a multiple bite cookie. The girl behind the counter was super sweet too. Great experience.

We love twisted sugar in Belmont. The employees are so kind and help my husband and I decide between all of the amazing options they have. We can’t wait to visit Belmont again soon just to get these cookies and drinks!!

Fantasic cookies!! We were in McAdenville this weekend to see the lights, and ended up ordering cookies from Twisted Sugar to be delivered to our hotel from DoorDash. It was our first time with these cookies and they were the best cookies we've ever had! They were absolutely delicious. We will be stopping here when we're in Charlotte next to get some for the road.

Such a lovely addition to our town. I love taking my kids to Twisted Sugar. Not only does it have the best charm and friendly staff but the cookies are so yummy! I recently used Door dash to place an order. I called with questions regarding the menu, and not only did the store manager accommodate but he delivered the cookies himself! It’s a great place with yummy treats and truly friendly service :) Highly recommend!

This place is great! It has such a cozy vibe and the staff are so friendly. The cookies are amazing and there’s a huge selection of fun combinations. I don’t drink soda but my husband does and had nothing but great things to say about the soda bar choices and flavors.

The owner was super cool, and the staff very friendly. I'm not usually a soda person, but I just had to try "making my own". Two separate times. Both drinks were amazing, as well as the cookies. My favorite was the snickerdoodle styled one. Brought a couple friends to try the place as well. 10/10
