These guys really have their act together. They know what they're doing.

Firstly they are very fast. Excellent job in with their speed.
Secondly the food is accurate, never had a problem with a wrong order.

The mcdonalds beside then should really take some notes from you guys they could learn a thing or 2.

Always fast and accurate. Great new prices on new menus combos. Employees at window rule! Very nice and helpful.

Very clean venue what is the best kept Taco Bell’s I’ve ever seen but we did try to do an online order and got little to no help and a attitude from the girl behind the drive-through. She stated it would be 15 to 20 minutes before they would even make the order, if we ordered it online, so we tried to order at the window, and of course the selections that we wanted were only available online, what a miss managed bad train, poor executed point sale. Please order ahead of time. If you’re using the online app and be prepared for a little bit of attitude from the drive-through girl other than that I trust is Taco Bell at least with my food everything was correct

This was by far the BEST Taco Bell experience I have ever had.

First of all, we rolled up at 1am, the person on window had immaculate energy for 1am. She was polite, quick, and handled us well.

Secondly, when we rolled up to pay they were bumping some FoB and it was pretty delightful, we got a pretty decent mini concert while waiting.

Lastly, our food was perfect. The cooks were on their game and didn’t miss a beat with our order. It was wrapped nicely, bagged nicely, and they were liberal with sauce.

I’d give like 10 whole stars if I could on this experience alone.

The lady at the front counter, who I can only assume is the manager, was amazing!! She was super friendly and enthusiastic. She made sure to ask me and others if they needed any help, while also taking orders on her headset.
I didn't know what the red sauce was, so she actually gave me a small sample cup to try it and I liked it.
Again, super amazing lady!

Go through the drive thru regularly, they are fast, deliver good food, and give me plenty of hot sauce.

sometimes they roll the burritos a little to small, and you often have to ask what they are out of or they may make your food without it, but other than that this is a great tacobell location. the people here are really nice

Honest Review here. I have nothing negative to say about the crew at this location. Service was kind and courteous, prompt and exactly what we ordered. The food was delicious and came out hot. This is the kind of experience you hope to get when you spend your hard earned money, but we do rarely receive these days. For those germs freaks like me: the whole crew wore gloves and masks during our entire visit. The location was spotless from the kitchen to the rest room. This location is absolutely Chief approved.

This is my favorite taco bell...they are always very quick

I ordered online and couldn't pick up up because I wasn't notified that they was out of party nachos boxes and didn't know how to portion in smaller containers. They canceled my order and even called the hwy 8 location for me to make sure they had them before I drove all the way there. She didn't have to do so for us so A+++ ON CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS DAY! (THE APP SHOULD NOT LET YOU ORDER WHEN AN ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE. WOULD BE A NICE FIX 😉)

I had really friendly cashier. She smiled when I got to the window and asked if I needed anything and wished me a good evening! Service is everything and I was impressed!

I never really liked this taco bell. They have a huge turn over. So that means there isn t many people there that know what's going on....... I have To say though. Tonight was amazing. They have a real positive work atmosphere and the food was great.. I pray that these workers stick together.

This is bar none the best fast food joint near me. Always amazing customer service! Always fresh, meats always hot and toppings always ice cold. It’s fast and they always have a team lead saying how great they do! Every one else in the food business could learn a thing or two from this team. Super service guys! Well done!!!!

The food was amazing. I ordered through the app it was so much faster. Food was good and fresh. And the employees have great customer service. Definitely will be back.

This is the Taco Bell on 52 and the food has always been good no complaints. Now what's the temperature in the building is always freezing can't go in there without a jacket. People are nice and friendly and the food is always awesome

I initially went in furious that a few items were missing from my mobile order. I will say that I did not handle the situation well however the GM, Ms. Gail, did. She took control of the situation, owned it, and ensured that I was fully taken care of! She remaind calm and did not allow my actions to affect her reaction. I will recommend this location and revisit many times because of the quick actions and sound leadership of Ms. Gail

my son gets two chicken quesadillas there every single night and me and my mother are usually the ones that go and pick it up for him and they are always professional, we never have to wait long, they always get our order right. The staff is always very nice, and one staff member in particular goes out of her way to be extra nice and gives new meaning to service with a smile and I think her name is Rebecca, she really goes that extra mile to be the best at her job, and in my opinion has the best personality at dealing with the public. I gave taco Bell five stars and I also give that Rebecca girl five stars as well 🙂
