An awesome place with awesome staff and such amazing prices! Lots of deals and promotions everyday. The store is always kept looking nice and the employees are always happy to help with any issue I may be experiencing. I highly recommend!

Amazing place got a really good deal for a phone with a free case and screen protector and I only pay $25 every month for unlimited everything. Best store in town!

I always like going there . The employees are very helpful & easy to talk with. I've been there twice in 1 week funny both my daughter's broke there phones 2days apart. I think it was a conspiracy on there part. Lol . Anyway always a great experience there 5⭐s from me.

Ashley is the best sales representative at the Metro store in Lexington. She’s very knowledgeable and fast at her job. She got my phone traded and the new service up and running in no time.

Was hesitant to deal with M PCS, because the few times I called various stores to ask a question or two, the reps seemed rude and in a hurry to get off the phone (although I know it can get terribly busy in there). Decided to go with Boost Mobile (Sprint), and it was a complete disaster. The phones had little to no signal. Waste of money, without question.

Wanted to see what M PCS could do, as I've had TMobile recently. The two reps at the number 8 store were very helpful and friendly. James (I think he's the manager) is the coolest ever, I try to make sure he's there whenever I go. He and the other rep helped me get my account # from Boost, which was more of an ordeal than it should have been. Ended up with two really good phones, but better yet, have really good coverage. Look forward to doing business again there in the future. Have been there multiple times, and have always received great service.

Came to shop the competition...currently with cricket and sprint...sales representative...Lynn...was busy with a store filled with customer and was surprised with how she handle the traffic all by herself. Very professional and courteous will everyone at the store. She informed about the current promotions and will consider them on replacing my current providers.
