My furniture was delivered this morning, and the men were very professional and friendly. They were considerate of my narrow hallways and the yard. This is the second delivery I have had, and I have been delighted with the service.

I was a little worried about this company after reading recent reviews. Although my delivery was delayed a few times, it was delivered today. I was very pleased with the gentlemen that delivered the furniture. Very friendly and professional. Definitely white glove delivery.

Our delivery men Michael and Brandon were excellent. They called a few hours before schedule to see if we could take delivery earlier and were able to do that. The furniture was wrapped perfectly and I wasn’t sure that they were going to get any of the pieces through the front door. They were able to maneuver the large 3 piece sofa through the front door without any damage. I was amazed. Highly recommend

Two gentlemen showed up at our house at 7:30 in the evening to deliver our furniture. Even though they had a long day, they were the most courteous and conscientious furniture delivery people my husband and I have ever met. The furniture was packaged well, and they were very careful in their moving and assembly of the furniture. Very pleased!

These guys are the best and I have used different delivery services and over the years I have had some pretty bad experiences , But one thing I can say is that with D & D DELIVERY I Have not had a late load or I've have not have the first piece of damage Fraught Shiped to my Co. TY D & D. ❤👍

D&D Delivery made the trip from North Carolina to my residence in Wisconsin. The service was exceptional; especially Nick who negotiated my Sofa and matching chair through narrow doorways, and onto an elevator up three flights and finally into my condo. The furniture was impeccably wrapped and equally, unwrapped. Nick and Tony positioned the sofa and chair so that we could put on Domes of Silence and then cleaned

Delivery was scheduled and we were given a “window” of time. Day of delivery driver called and confirmed exact time. Delivery truck arrived and all my furniture was wrapped up like a new born baby! Guys were professional and squared away. They even took their shoes off on their own when they carried all my pieces to there location. Thanks D&D

D & D Delivery Service has been an outstanding company which I've used to deliver my furniture purchases from High Point and Hickory Furniture Mart in North Carolina to my home in suburban Seattle (Kent) Washington. They really did deliver white glove service, handling all of my items with the utmost care. The two men who made the delivery were extremely friendly, patiently walking all of my items down the long, yet completed driveway of my new home, without the slightest complaint. I wish I could remember their names to give them personal kudos, maybe I'll update later. Thanks guys, I'd give you 6 stars if I could. I'm currently working with them on the second half of my furniture purchases, again reminded of how good their office staff has been. I received the call today to let me know the exact date and 2-hour window, a week and a half from now, when my next batch of furniture will arrive. And they were also very helpful when one of the furniture stores was being a bit of a handful, returning multiple times to them to retrieve my order. I know they sound too good to be true, but having been the owner of a service-based business for 30 years, I feel that excellent service should be celebrated, because I definitely do more than my share of complaining when service is lacking. These guys are the real deal.

D And D Delivery Service was the best delivery ever. The furniture was wrapped beautifully and Micheal and Kyle were very professional. They handled the furniture gently and made sure the blankets were down when the unwrapped each piece. They also flattened all the boxes and bagged all the styrofoam and paper for the garbage men.
They were outstanding gentlemen.

Based upon seeing several negative reviews on this delivery service, I had some concerns after purchasing furniture for multiple rooms of my new beach house. However, I must say D&D delivery did an outstanding job with the delivery. They kept me updated on my delivery time throughout the delivery day and spent over two hours setting up two beds and meticulously covering my stairs with blankets to ensure the massive sectional being carried upstairs would not get damaged. Doug and Mark were extremely professional and made sure everything was delivered and placed in the proper room/s without regard to how long it might take. The delivery was seamless and I would not hesitate to use them again!

Just had my beautiful furniture delivered from Bernhardt in NC. Tim and Brandon we're great! They were professional, friendly and handled my furniture as if it were their own. The furniture arrived professionally wrapped and in perfect condition. They placed it exactly where I wanted it and set it up for me. I would definitely recommend Tim and Brandon and D and D Delivery. Additionally, I felt the delivery cost was very reasonable considering they we're deliving to AL.

Truck arrived within expected 3 hour window of time. Kris & Mike were very polite and did great job setting up furniture. Before they left they made sure we were happy with our order & the placement of the furniture. Would definitely use company again.

D & D delivered my Mother’s furniture on their first stop on the way to Florida. We received a courtesy call 30 minutes before they arrived and everything was in great shape, just like she wanted. Mike and his partner did a great job and I would be glad to recommend them to anyone.

Michael Ferguson and his partner (sorry did not get his name), actually delivered a day early; he communicated by text to ask if this would work, which it did; they brought the furniture in and placed it exactly where we asked. They were courteous and professional. The delivery was around 9:30pm -- they over-delivered on their schedule by 5 extra deliveries, but it saved me from having to wait from 9am-12 noon the next day. it was efficient for me. The only recommendation I would have for the company when you call to schedule is to have an answering machine, as sometimes when I tried to call I would get a recording but no ability to leave a message.

I recently had a number of pieces of furniture delivered and set-up by D&D Delivery. They were on time and extremely professional. The delivery guys, Tim & Kris, were polite and handled every piece of furniture with extreme care. They were able to navigate a very difficult deliver of a sofa in my basement with ease. I would definitely use this delivery service again, especially if Tim and Kris were the guys handling the delivery.

The furniture store we purchased our furniture from used D&D Delivery Services to deliver our furniture. They were very professional. They called ahead of time to let us know when they would be arriving and were on time. They assembled and placed all of our furniture just where we wanted it. Everything came in new condition. Would highly recommend this Company and a big thank you to Andy and Mark who were our delivery guys.

Let me be the first to tell you that I'm particular and can be difficult when it comes to products and services. I like what I like and expect stellar customer service.

Due to my work schedule, I could only receive a weekend delivery. This proved to be difficult to work around, but once Tim and Brandon arrived I was relieved and ultimately satisfied.

The furniture received is beautifully sturdy and I'm actually overwhelmed with ideas to best highlight the exquisite pieces.

The best surprise of the entire process however was the coordination of a 11:30pm delivery; yep P-M! That's what I would call a "Working Man's Special".

I can’t say enough good “stuff” about my delivery from D & D Delivery Services....it was such a good experience. A couple of days before my chairs were to be delivered I got a call from the company letting me know when they were coming. About an hour before the delivery I got a call from the driver letting me know when he expected they would be here. When they arrived, Kris and Michael couldn’t have been more accommodating..the chairs were heavy and they helped me get them moved in. They were polite, friendly and very professional, I couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend these folks to delivery anything. I hope to do business with them again. Thank you very much for the great service.

I just received the round dining table I ordered from Hickory Park Furniture. It was delivered by D&D and the two guys (Brian and Dustin) were great in the unpacking and putting the legs on the dining table. They were 100% in everything that the did. If there is a rating for them I would give them a 5 out of 5. They deserve a raise.

Professional and considerate company. Delivered furniture to PA and I must say their customer service representative was very helpful, I even received a second phone call to confirm everything! The deliverymen were just as courteous and fantastic, despite their long distance of travel. And we were not their last stop! If I ever need a delivery company for furniture, I would seek out D&D Delivery! Thanks again!
