I called on the phone to see if there was a tool box in stock and the guy on the phone said I will check. He didn’t want to keep me on hold so he took my number and called me back to confirm that they had it in stock. I told him I would be there the next day to pick it up. And the cashier even reminded me of the 20% discount. The guy on the fork lift was even smooth with loading it. I thank you all that helped me today you made my purchase go very smoothly. They unfortunately did not have what I was looking for Universal tire changer but the beautiful cashier Tiffany i believe was her name was very funny and helpful. She informed me the best she could if should happen to shop there again i know I will be well taken care of and look forward to my next visit five stars

Affordable tools. I bought a pipe threader here when i could not find one at Lowe’s or Home Depot locally. It worked great for main galvanized water line. Sales associates were professional.

Friendly staff. Very organized store with great prices — some items are so much cheaper than Home Depot etc, but with good quality. The one in Bellevue is slightly smaller than this one. They give Christmas holiday discount if you are a member.

This place is a small version of home depot, Lowe's and hobby lobby. Got stuffs are great price and variety of selection. Came in to pick up a small tool, but ended up with basket full of things, and I didn't even spend that much.

Excellent tools for your buck

Nice clean location and always well stocked. Employees are always friendly and willing to help. Sure the tools are not of the highest quality but they are priced right and work for my needs. I'm not a professional mechanic so I don't need those high priced tools. Also the coupons make prices even better.
