Miss Lola was working the drive thru orders and I found her to be an absolute delight!! So friendly and welcoming and we really need that right now. When I got to the window to compliment her, she waved me off, lol. Very humble, too! The cashier, Raekwon, and another worker suggested I complete the survey to compliment her, which was an excellent idea. However, when I got home, there was no survey code on my receipt. So I'm hoping her manager will see this and she will get the recognition she clearly deserves. My wait time was minimal and my food was delicious!

I love this KFC. I don't understand the negative reviews of this KFC though. Have gone here multiple times for lunch while on lunch break and never have I had a bad experience. Chicken is always hot and biscuits are always perfect and my order is always right. What's not to love about a hot chicken combo? I highly recommend this KFC to anybody.

I know it’s not “healthy food”, but common it’s KFC! Finger licking good (TM). One can indulge from time to time even old chronically ill fogie like myself. Fried chicken is great reflecting the KFC standard. The drawback is LONG wait (30 minutes average) but this is is because there are many customers willing to wait so long. That is the BEST TESTIMONY.

Great service by Nicholas and Michelle couldn't have been better treated by anyone else that means a lot to walk in and be welcomed with a smile and over hearing how two workers have respect for each other. I have been a cashier most of my life and that huge smile means you have made someone's day I say job well done and keep up the good work and if no one thanked the two of you today thank you for the way you treat your customers

Wonderful hot, crispy, juicy chicken! Actual chicken parts you want to eat - drumsticks and thighs. (We asked for dark meat.)
