My right front tire blew out in October damaging my car. I went to RJ & G Collision in a dead panic, no appointment and not much hope for a quick resolution. Derek was busy, but took the time to look at my vehicle and provide a preliminary quote. Over the toop customer service. They took my car in for repair a bit later and returned it in awesome condition (not to mention it was detailed and smelled wonderful). I can't say enough about Derek and his colleagues. They were professional and did great work. And, the cost versus the original estimate? The cost was under the estimate. I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the transaction. They were there when I needed them.

I can not recommended RJ & G enough. I came in with no appointment with a long screw in my tire. They let me in early and immediately asked what I needed. Tommy advised me of all possible outcomes and told me of cost upfront. He reassured me his mechanic would do the best he could to patch the tire, but was very honest in saying he would let me know if needed to go get a new one. Safety on the road was his number one communication, and concern he conveyed to me, a complete stranger he didn’t know. He didn’t try to sell me a product or make me buy a new tire, he waited for his mechanic to see if it could be patched. He walked me through every step of the process, and helped me understand the steps they were taking so I had a time gauge and knowledge of what was being done to my car, easing anxiety. This communication made me feel relaxed and helped me think clearer so I could make the best decisions! That is excellent service right there!

I then mentioned something I had noticed with my engine heating up. Tommy informed the mechanic and came back on three separate occasions to get more detail from me so they could diagnose the problem. The attention to detail and dedication to customers within this business shows in these actions. They gave me all of the information I needed with that, and I was on my way in a timely manner. I knew Tommy would not have sent me on the road if it wasn’t safe, and I know they checked all my concerns throughly. I could not have found a more welcoming and friendly and professional place for one of those life circumstances that just happens. What could have been a day long process was professionally managed and completed in mere hours. I appreciate Tommy and the mechanic who worked on my car! Top notch staff, friendly attitudes and overall amazing service, with safety as the number one priority! You can’t get it better anywhere else!

Took my car in for a quote after hitting a deer. So far they've been really good and the process has been pretty easy. I'll probably write a follow up review after repairs. For the quote, I was out of there in 10-15mins and they are going to email the quote. Pretty painless.

Had to replace my passenger side view mirror after an orange barrel knocked it off on I-40 one night, when I got blinded by over night construction work lights and didn't see it in my lane in time to avoid hitting it with my mirror. I found a replacement mirror of the same make and model at a salvage company and brought it to them to install. Dropped off the car in the morning, and picked it up in the afternoon. They were very helpful and the price they charged was very reasonable. Very happy with my experience!

This is the best shop in the area. Unfortunately, they've had to repair two of my vehicles but I knew who to call to help, RJ&G. In 2017, they fixed my Nissan Altima and it looked brand new when I got it back. The same thing with my Honda Accord recently. They are very thorough and communicative. They entire team is so professional, courteous and caring about every customer.

I came in for an estimate on structural damage to the front of my vehicle. It was a Friday morning and the employees clearly had a lot of work to get through, so I thought I might get rushed out the door. I was very wrong; Travis was extremely professional and patient during the whole process, which took around 35 minutes. He answered all of my questions and gave a balanced explanation of the pros and cons of different approaches he might take to repair my vehicle. He was transparent about pricing and helped me better understand the situation, and ultimately offered an estimate that was nearly $1000 lower than the other I'd seen by that point. I am still looking around at my options and have not yet gone back for service, but I feel that RJ & G is a step above most in terms of trustworthiness and attention to the customer.

I had my truck towed there after hours. I had the best experience during a stressful situation. They called with troubleshooting, estimates and accurate time frame for repairs. Clean, easy to find, pleasant staff...a wonderful experience!

Super helpful and friendly. Went in to get a free estimate and they were fairly quick. Derrick helped quickly fix a bent fender so I could open my driver door all the way.

Recently received a quote for repair from this business and their service was excellent. I had been to several other body shops and wasn’t given the time of day. The gentleman at the desk was polite, respectful and prompt in providing me with an estimate for repair and it was evident that he listened to what I said and had a great deal of experience with these kinds of repairs.

I haven't even gotten my Jeep back yet but I wanted to leave a review saying how much I appreciate Travis and his entire team bending over backwards for me to make sure I am taken care of and my Jeep is fixed to the best quality. After an insurance and rental car mix up, they were extremely kind and have spent a lot of time with me working with me and explaining everything going on. This company is ran by great and trustworthy people and I feel safe with my car in their hands.

Very professional and friendly. Due to insurance complications, I didn't fix the car, it was totalled. Through all this, kirk was very respectful, patient and professional. He won me as a customer for life.

I took my car in for repair as I have done before, and Paul gave me a good price, as he has before and got it fixed the same day as promised. Paul will go out of his way to do what he can for his customers. That do excellent work. Ii highly recommend the for mechanic or body work. Family own and operated fo years.

After getting into an accident I decided to take my vehicle to RJ&G for my collision repairs based off their reviews, and im so glad I did!
They were extremely helpful and constantly went above and beyond, and helped me handle the other party's insurance company. I worked with Travis through out the entire process and cant thank him enough. I was getting ripped off left and right by the lady who hit me's insurance company but Travis helped me handle it all. He even called me back late on a Friday to give me advice what to do with the vehicle. They were all prompt, friendly, and professional. Thank you guys so much! Highly highly recommend.

Went here after running over a manhole cover to repair the rear assembly of my SUV. Travis did a great job of finding a reasonably priced assembly so the repair came in about 20% under budget. They fixed the car -- all work was on the back end. But the front end lurched when I applied the brakes. As the problem was unrelated to the collision, I took the car in to my regular mechanic who told me the front rotors and brake pads needed replacing, at a cost of $375. I wanted RJ&G's opinion, & Travis agreed to look at the car. They told me the rotors did NOT need replacing, just machining and the brake pads were only at 50%, so they were fine. I get annoyed when mechanics fudge with me (maybe because I'm female.) So I asked the mechanic Mark to show me the rotors and he explained the process in a way that I felt he was being honest with me. They addressed the problem at no charge, machining the rotors although this was not related to the collision. Now the car handles beautifully. While there I learned that they do regular mechanical work too, not just body work. The fact that they were straight with me and extended the courtesy of repairing the front end at no charge made me feel I can trust them for future work, so I will return. And I highly recommend them.

If you are looking for an auto repair shop in the NC Triangle, RJ&G is THE place to go. Travis & the rest of the team there are honest, helpful, & communicative. RJ&G gives you great customer service, and they genuinely care about getting to the bottom of the issue with your vehicle. I had an issue with my car starting and went to two other places (including the dealership!) that charged me to assess the vehicle but couldn’t figure out the problem, so I continued to have the same issue. RJ&G made sure it was really fixed & done right the first time for a reasonable price. I can’t say enough good things about the many ways they’ve helped me- from communicating with the warranty & insurance companies, to providing a loaner car for me whenever possible so I won’t have to rent while my car is being worked on. You & your car will be in great hands at RJ&G!

Very professional and very helpful. My car had front end damage and was scheduled for collision repair within the next month (COVID caused backups and delays with parts). However, I was past due for an oil change. They were willing to take the extra time to open my damaged front hood, change the oil, and wrangle it closed again! I highly recommend them.

R J and G is a fantastic auto repair shop. I originally went to them for auto body repair due to an accident. I chose them because they were within my insurance’s network, close to home and had good reviews. I’m really glad I chose them. Travis was very professional and great to work with. Very nice, honest, and professional people. It’s very hard to come by a shop like this, so I’m glad I found them. I will certainly be back for all other auto needs. I’m not sure, but I’m pretty sure my car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off! 😀 To make a point about the honesty and professionalism, I will note that I forgot my AirPods and other valuables in the car. They were all safely moved to a secure spot in my car. Someone easily could have stolen them and what could I have done? Nothing. I forgot the AirPods were even in the car. That was an extra bonus to me when I picked up my car. 😊...bottom line: great place, give them a try! So happy to have my car back, better than before.

Highly recommend!! My boyfriend took his car here for a ton of hail damage repair and it looks flawless. I had simple scratches on my bumper and took my car here too and it was fixed promptly as well. This is definitely our go o place for repairs now. Thank you again!!

R J & G Collision & Automotive Repair did an outstanding job of repairing our 2017 Mazda CX-5 to as good as new. The car was involved in an accident which destroyed the right front corner of the car and some adjoining portions. It was a major repair effort, totaling about $14,000 in repairs. Everything was done in accordance with Mazda’s repair specifications. They replaced and painted the hood, one fender, and bumper. The grill, many of the structural elements, and a thousand other minor pieces were replaced as well. They rejected any aftermarket body parts which did not meet their satisfaction in fit, and generally only eventually accepted OEM parts from Mazda. The paint match was excellent, with no trace of color mismatch anywhere. When done, all electronic driver assist items such as cruise control and automated follow distance worked without issue. When I came to pick up the vehicle, they told me to bring it back in 5 weeks for them just to check up on everything at no charge.

I am a very picky customer when it comes to things like this because I do most of my normal automotive maintenance myself, and have even done some bodywork and painting as well. It’s unusual that I don’t find items which were done not to my satisfaction, but this time, I was unable to uncover any. As far as I can tell, the vehicle looks and runs as good as new.

Additionally, I would like to commend the way that they handled the entire repair process with me. I was working with a gentleman there named Travis, who among other things, was my sole point of contact throughout the repair process. As soon as they received the vehicle, he started working with me, advising me of the process and expected duration and costs associated with the repairs. I visited the shop three times during the repair process. He hosted me each time, explaining where they were in the sequence of steps, any issues they ran across, and the upcoming steps that they were about to reach. In addition to that, he educated me on some aspects of insurance claims which ended up saving me quite a bit of money, all above board with the insurance company. One additional nicety was that there was a gouge on the rear bumper, unrelated to the accident. They repaired that and repainted the entire rear bumper at no charge for me as a courtesy. Like, Wow man!

I was so pleased with the service I received at R J & G that I paid a sizable tip to both Travis and the painter, whose work was indiscernible from the original paint on the adjacent panels.

Great experience! Travis is an honest, nice & knowledgeable professional. I took my car in after I was backed into, and Travis told me everything I need to know about dealing with the insurance and rental car companies. When the rental car shuttle was late to pick me up, the woman at the desk personally drove me to pick up my rental car. Travis updated me throughout the week on the progress of the work and personally took my rental car back when I came to pick up my car. I have nothing but nice things to say about the guy, and the rest of the company! I will definitely be back!
