Scheduled me for an appointment on a Tuesday at 1:00pm, a month in advance, I was given a hand written confirmation of the appointment time and date. The Saturday before my appointment an automated message requested to confirm my 9:45am appointment. The office is closed on weekends so there is no way to quickly address this or any other errors, and the weekend extends to Monday for Memorial Day. Forced to find time in my schedule to call and reschedule the appointment as soon as their office opened on Tuesday (no excuse or explanation for the mistake) to the following Thursday. I show up to the appointment, only to be told at the desk that their systems are down and I have to reschedule again. No call, no email, I had to make the hour drive to the office just to be told I wouldn’t be seen. Extremely dissatisfied and do not recommend this unprofessional, unreliable, irresponsible and incompetent office. Try your luck anywhere else, it will exceed the capabilities of this office.
