If you are anywhere near Kinston, don't bother with any other Computer Shops. I called up Mike at ECC at 1PM in the afternoon to get my PC looked at and repaired, and by 3:30PM the next day it was ready to come and pick up!! This shop knows their stuff and as long as I am in the area and have problems that I need a pro for, this is where I will go for sure!! Good Service, Very Knowledgeable, and EXTREMELY Affordable. Forget the guys w/ the black ties and white shirts!!! East Carolina Computers is where you need to go. Thank you guys!!!

Slow and inconsistent with "service". My issue wasn't resolved and I got ripped off. I'll stick with the actual Apple Store if I have further issues
