This was a very pleasant experience for me. Staff was very knowledgeable off my needs. I am satisfied with my service. I would recommend this service to anyone in need of it.

Rachel was very professional in her presentation/demonstration. She explained everything in plain everyday language. I left the appointment feeling encouraged and informed.

Very clean and comfortable front office/waiting room. Keurig coffee maker, jug water dispenser with either hot or cold water, and an air purifier.

She was patient knowledgeable to what I needed and she was professional and doing her job. kind, when I left I was satisfied everything was taken care of.

Those folk were pleasant to be around. Testing was easy also picking out what kind of aids would work for me. The lady also made impressions of my ear canals, sent them off for a custom fit for my hearing aids. I ride a motorcycle year round, these aids are connected to my phone through Bluetooth, so now I can enjoy all the sounds I missed. Recommend this business for all ages, very adequate for all kind of services. 5 star.

Wonderful customer service¡ Rachel and Kim are always willing to help anyway they can. They worked hard to get me my hearing aids I can now hear! I will be going back there to get hearing aids again

Everyone is very polite and friendly and I have told my family and friends. The doctor explains and the receptionist is very courteous. Job well done to both

It has been most helpful and satisfying my hearing is better than it has been in along time the hearing center has been helpful when when I was having problems with my aid and has worked to fix them this is the longest I've had these aids they fixed them so I won't lose them they care

Very Nice to Walk in, They took me from ringing in my ears, to loss of hearing. The Dr that give me the earing test, was very down to Earth. She gave me the best solution ever, hearing aids. Id highly recommend going to Hearing Life.
