Purely by chance, I went to this Autozone as it was near where I experienced car difficulties. Due to my disability and the car problem, I could not go in. When I called, the young lady answering the phone was very kind despite the store's being very busy. When she couldn't help me, she sent out Andre. Andre did several checks for me and kept reassuring me that he would find the problem for me. When he did, he took care of it for me, again despite the fact it was Saturday and they were very busy. He was able to get my car operating again. He was honest about the fact he thought the problem was solved for now, but it might come back. Andre was a life-saver for me because I rely on my accessible van to get around. Thank you, Andre, not only for your professional help but also for your cheerful, helpful manner!

Gray helped us out so much! All the way from Michigan and our car was having a lot of trouble, couldn't get it above 30mph on the freeway. He ran the code for our engine and hooked us up with some Cataclean and it's been smooth sailing home since. Thanks a ton, Gray!

Awesome location! The employees are exceptional and extremely helpful. I went to purchase a hose & windshield wipers for my vehicle & one of the employees was kind enough to put my new wipers on w/o complaint and free of charge! Highly recommend this particular location.

Today my battery went dead on my lunch break. I stopped at the Auto Zone on north Kingshighway and it was a mad house. The phone was ringing off the hook the line was to the door and there were only two people behind the counter. I purchased my battery and despite the place being packed to the gills the manager Antonio installed my new battery. I am extremely greatful for the excellent level of customer service. You all made my day.

I came into this location looking to get struts ,breaks , and tire rods and I spoke with a Team member by the name of Chamyra was awesome very helpful helped me find the motor size and correct part for my vehicle would recommend this location anytime

My car had been needing to get jumped every time to start it and I brought it over on Monday to get the battery looked at. The employee (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) smelled the sulfur smell and instantly knew the battery was bad. He changed it very quickly and was super helpful and informative. Thanks to him, I now know how to take better care of my car overall too. My car is back to normal now and I am so grateful! Awesome service. I will definitely go back here in the future.

There was a younger black guy, whose name I didn’t catch, closing on 11/18 that was so nice and helpful. He was so nice and changed my battery even though I came in right before close. It even kept him a couple minutes past close to do it and he was not even mad and very understanding. Just said he hoped I came back to shop at with them again. I was gonna be screwed without this dude I hope he gets a raise.
