I had a lot of stuff done to my 1995 truck now it drives and runs so much better. They were very kind and talk to me about everything before they did the repairs. I had to have muffler replaced and ball joints brakes etc. They were able to do all that at one place. It was great.

They do an excellent job on foreign automobiles. Many high end foreign car owners only trust the dealer they purchased the make from to do work on their cars. We have found that Hitech has the expertise to do all that’s required on this car class. They will not OVER SELL repairs a car doesn’t need at the time like typical car dealerships do to increase their bottom line at your expense.

What a great experience. Super smooth. I gave a ring about getting an emissions test for my 2 cars. They said it'd be best to schedule an appointment, and it should take about 40 minutes, so I did. We arrived and they were ready for us. I remembered bith the cars needed an oil change. They also offer that service. We arrived at 2. My wife left in 45 minutes, and I left in just under an hour. It was quite amazing as I didn't expect 2 emissions, and 2 oil changes would be done so quickly.

Everyone was super delightful to interact with. Very professional and courteous! It was also nice to have a picnic table to sit outside because the weather was nice. Also, quite the magazine collection to go through. Can't recommend enough

High Tech Automotive in Forest City "IS" our go-to service station. We just picked up our 3rd car in the past 4 months that needed major engine work and we are again very pleased with the service. High Tech has updated diagnostic equipment to figure out the problem without expensive guessing. They have always been upfront about estimated costs & work to give customers the best price possible. I trust High Tech Automotive & will keep them on speed dial.

If I could give 6 Stars I would. There are few things more upsetting than sitting on the side of the road.... away from friends and family to come help.... not knowing what's wrong, needing a tow and a fix and to get back on the road. Steve and his team at Hightech Automotive were absolutely SUPER. They recommend a tow service, got me to the shop, gave me a diagnosis, ordered the alternator and got me back on the road in about 4 hours. They even took me to the local lunch spot and Starbucks. I HIGHLY recommend Hightech for their helpfulness, their friendly attitude, for the their fair pricing and for a quick fix. Thank YOU!!! 👍

No one loves to get their car fixed. At least this place has great prices, fast, and the ladies at the front desk are really nice and helpful.

When a warning light came on in my hybrid vehicle, I didn't feel comfortable driving it all the way to the dealership. I took it to Hightech, and they diagnosed the issue and had it fixed very quickly. The staff kept me up to date and was transparent about parts and pricing. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

Went in for a vehicle safety inspection. I live around the corner from the shop.
Greeted with a smile by young lady at the front desk.
Service was done in about twenty (20) minutes.
She came to the wait area to tell me my car was ready instead of just calling my name from behind the desk. Again, with a nice smile.
I was very pleased by the experience and will visit again for other services.

I have been using Hitech for my car since I purchased it and feel that it is in good hands. Steve is a stand up guy who I trust with my vehicle and recommend to all.

They are professionals. They repaired some difficult issues with my truck in a timely manner. They did a great job! They were also extremely kind with a friendly, family atmosphere!

I took my car there to get the transmission checked out. They couldn't replicate the problem so it's not covered by my car warranty. However, they tried but ultimately said I'll have to wait until the problem gets worse before the warranty company will approve it. They have excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Will use for future car repairs and maintenance!!

Recently, my car had an oil leak. They handled all the warranty stuff and loaned me a car while mine was being repaired. Excellent fast work, knowledgeable and courteous staff. I will use them again and recommend you do too

They did an amazing job. So beyond happy. Buying a transmission is never a truly fun experience. And I’ve already bought one with the Hyundai dealership. The dealership gave me no warranty and needed to be replaced within a year after spending 5000. I looked up high tech and they checked it out. And replaced it and gave me a warranty. The whole process with high tech was good. They updated me. They stayed within estimate. They did a good job. The customer service was outstanding.
